No problems whatsoever with me part exchanging my old Clio for my new Zetec. The fiesta was in great condition and everything went smoothly. I would use them again if I wanted a change of motor.

The customer service from MB Motor group was great, they were all so friendly and helpful and were more than happy to answer any queries that I had. I wish I was allowed to test drive the car, but obviously due to COVID restrictions that wasn't possible. However, it was great to see how safe they were with COVID and did take precautions to keep everybody safe. I would 100% return in the future and can't believe I haven't used them before as they are very local. 4* overall, and I've only dropped a star because I wish a test drive was allowed.

For a second hand motor, I am more than happy with the condition of my Corsa, both inside and out was very clean and tidy and had no scratches whatsoever. The customer service was great and they were all very willing to help, I would definitely return for another vehicle in the future.

Courteous and very polite staff, I will definitely buy from here again in the future the service was very impressive. I have just changed my Nissan Juke for a Nissan Qashqai and I'm really enjoying it, I'm still getting used to it, this one is automatic too which is lovely. There's lots of nice modern technology to get used to, but its lovely. Thanks to the lovely gentlemen that helped me.

He was upfront and honest with me at all times, he even found an issue himself with the window before it went in for its MOT and he rang to tell me so I was aware, he had it rectified in no time, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cant believe how easy and simple it was part exchanging our car, we got what we expected for it (if not a little more), they sorted all the details, documents etc and before we knew it, we was driving away in our new car. We swapped our older Citroen Picasso for a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso, the difference in the new car is unreal, it drives like a dream and is very comfortable inside. The car was so clean for us when we collected and the staff gave a great detailed handover. Very helpful and friendly people here and a smooth purchase. No reason to not recommend to others.
