I love the car and the dealership were sound, salesman did give me a bit of the old take it or leave it tactic with the price and were chasing me down the forecourt offering me a better price when I said no, also they didn't service the car before I picked it up, other than that they were fine, good but room for improvement.

I would recommend this dealership based on the sales service but the after sales let them down. The salesman himself was nice bloke made me feel welcome but I wasn't offered any kind of warranty and there was a couple of cosmetic bits they said they would fix that weren't when I picked the car up. I've spent money out of pocket to fix problems with the CD player and mirrors. If they had offered me any sort of compensation or reduction I'd of given them a 4/5.

Great older salesperson with good knowledge and very competent manner let down by attention to detail from mechanical side of garage. Fog light bulb, just missing. Tailgate wiring loom faulty. Pity really, because other than that, they were efficient and friendly. Workshop never got back to me once even though promised 3 separate times.

Going back in a couple of months. Old guy who dealt with me was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. I think i surprised him when i turned up, took a look, had a drive and wanted it there and then. We have had no problems with our Range Rover since therefore this is reflected in our score and strong recommendation.
