I'd probably rate the overall experience at 4 out of 5. I knew the car would have some problems due to its age so that's not an issue, I was pretty happy with the overall service and attitude of the guys at the showroom although I did feel a bit rushed and signed a number of documents without properly looking over them, hence the less than perfect score.

So, I drive my car every day but I don't like driving very far so I try to avoid long trips. The car however, has been great and It is still amazing to drive it feels like a brand new car. I would recommend anyone to visit here as the cars are great and the staff are lovely.

It was my first time visiting this dealer and I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. I can't remember the salesman’s name who took care of everything, but he was absolutely spot on!! He sorted everything out super quick and there have been no issues with the paper work, I can't fault him. I would 100% recommend it to a friend or family if they wanted to purchase a car.

Nothing short of perfect!! After going around multiple dealers to find a Ford, I was really struggling to find the car for me. That was before I visited MB Motor Group, the staff were spot on and so informative when I asked all the questions in the world about the cars. Mike was especially helpful when I came across a nice Ford Focus I was interested in, he offered me a test drive right away when I expressed my interest, and the car was perfect. It was in great condition, ran like new, in my price range and it was spotless. Once all of the paper work was complete I was very impressed with the fact Mike even kept in touch after the sale just to make sure everything was running okay, which I know I wouldn’t of got at another dealer.❤️

Had no issues with the car at all, it has treated me well and I still love the drive. Mike was amazing to deal with as he looked after all the little niggly bits. The only issue I had was that the paperwork took a couple of months to go through for my private reg.

I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. It was my first time buying from here and I'm very picky when it comes to buying my cars, I've had a few in the past so this wasn't anything new to me and I like to think I know what I'm looking out for. Once I saw the Ford Tourneo online, I had to go and look at it as it was the perfect spec for what I was looking for. Once I arrived the team were very welcoming and made me feel like royalty from start to finish. I took the Ford out for a test drive and when I say it felt like an out of the showroom Ford, it really did and I aren't easily impressed. Anyway, I had to have it and once I confirmed with the team that I was interested in having it they went through every inch of the paperwork (they probably over explained) but I knew this had to be done. Ever since I drove it away all I keep telling myself is that this is the best vehicle I have ever brought. I probably won't be in the market for a new vehicle soon as this will easily last me over 10 years but if I do want a new vehicle then I will defiantly be returning.
