Craig was extremely helpful answered all my questions and got back to me straight away with all my queries even though l was a little hesitant due to reading some negative reviews. Did say on auto trader car had glass roof which unfortunately it didn’t but still pleased with car.

Bought a car, assured it was mot'd and serviced. 4 week later had to have it in the garage and a whole load of faults were uncovered. Basically told by the sales team you should of bought the driveway insurance. Nevermond when you buy a car it shouldnt need insurance for problems that should of been checked and fixed before it went on sale.

Right car spotted on Autotrader, communication prompt and positive. Then, despite appropriate COVID precautions, a test drive was possible and an excellent car was sold and bought: a sweet and smooth transaction. Leaving a thoroughly satisfied customer. Many thanks for your professionalism!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. MB Motor Group are unhelpful, unreliable and unprofessional. They are full of advice and promises when selling you a car however if you then have any issue with your purchase their customer service is non-existent. I have made over 25 phone calls to try to resolve issues with always the same response ‘I need to speak to the owner, I’ll ring you back in half an hour.’ Don’t wait by the phone, I think I had two returned calls from over 25 calls made. A month after purchasing and returning the vehicle I am still over £400 out of pocket. Final word of warning, if you are daft enough to buy from them tax it on monthly DD so you can cancel. I paid for a full year and can’t get a refund because they don’t send the log book to DVLA until after the warranty. Now the car has been returned they refuse to send it at all! Disgraceful company
