I bought a used car some weeks ago. We were advised by the salesman at MB Motor Group that the car would undergo a very comprehensive 60 point check. This obviously was not the case, I had to return my car after a week as it was mis-firing and a warning message had come on. After 2 days they couldn't find anything, the salesman said it had been driven and checked over. Don't know how the mechanic could have missed the misfiring as it is still mis firing. I took the car to a local garage. It has a slow puncture, there was no coolant and the air filter was not correctly fitted into the manifold. My local garage confirmed that these things should not have been missed. Not sure who was responsible for the checks being signed off but they are clearly not doing their job properly whoever it is

Took my Mitsubishi for a normal service and mot,done only 20000 miles,changed brake pad and was charged £ 550,rip off ,will never ever go to them,wont recommend any one as well

What company sells vehicles but doesn't allow test drives/rides were supposed to just trust their service team always do the job to 100% accuracy if they even check what they sell . I went to look at a suzuki bandit only to be told 30k is low millage on a bike but it's not low by any means but they dint have any motorcycle experts in so dont blame car salesman for trying .haven't and wont buy from here

I came in to look at a few different cars. Under inspection they weren't very helpfull. The cars had rust patches that had been covered by poor paint work the air conditioning was broken. The the car we viewed had glass shards in the boot. Making me think someone had smashed the back window. car had been washed and cleaned yet had a damp smell to it and smelt like someone had been sick in the car. To be bluntly honest if your thinking of buying a car from mb motors from the Internet go in and check them out first and do a free hpi check using an app because when I did the car had a fault with the oil chamber causing a leak when asking the salesmen he said if it had an oil leak you'd see the oil on the floor. not if the car had no oil to begin with. Which it didn't because I checked. I wouldn't of minded to buy the car as it was a nice car but due to there honesty I and attitude of certain people its hard to trust a lot of what they say. I if I'm going to spend 8-10k on a car I want it to be at least safe to drive and and road worthy and presentable. It seems like there west Yorkshire best con artists. If you buy from here read the warranty and make sure you buy a warranty just incase because you will need it down the line and always ask for a extended test drive. My wife bought a car from MB Motor Group and it was the biggest mistake of our lives we paid over £20,000 within two days it had broke down they could not give a monkeys did not want to know we took it to another Mitsubishi dealer in Corby who kindly rectified the problem. MB also stated they serviced the vehicle before we picked up complete lies the other dealer was able to proof this. They also stole from my account £4000 pounds which we eventually got back do not use they are complete cowboys and thieves.
