He firstly found me a range river velar which i wanted, then pefore securing the car advised by to check insurance. Thanks to his advice, I avoided a costly affair. He helped me a couple of days later source a perfect car for me which wasa BMW M530i. Happy with car and service. I had a very good experience with Mb500, Alex helped me and gave me all the details I needed. After a test drive, I came back and was taken through all the options to enable me to buy the car I wanted, Alex was extremely patient, to say the least. purchased an A Class less than 2 weeks ago and I am trying to get in hold of the dealers because one of the tyres needed replacing, the guy at the garage found a dozen cracks within the tyre so he wasn’t surprised it needed replacing, I have 3 month warranty and have tried contacting the dealers and I am not getting a response!! Quick to respond when I paid the deposit but no contact since I departed with my money. The very first day I drove the car back I also tried to contact them to find out how long my drive away insurance would last with them but didn’t hear back then either so I’ve been on edge ever since and now the tyre issue, dreading to find anymore faults, thinking of contacting the financial ombudsman since they do not want to respond.

Update: the tyre issue has now been sorted and it is fair to say that the dealership is now responding quickly. I do have a couple of other issues which need attending to but the dealership is looking into this and rightfully so as my car is under warranty so fingers crossed and hopefully I will walk away a happier customer.
Don't be put off buying a new car in lockdown. I have just bought mine from MB500. It was quick, reliable and no time wasting banter, just what all customers want!! Would definitely deal with Sophie again and encourage customers to go ahead, click & collect!! Perfect 😍 Maureen
