Steer clear of mb500! This garage sold my partner a faulty vehicle refused to fix the issues then decided they would fix them with a "reconditioned" part that was faulty too, spoke to the mechanic directly and was informed the car part was actually from a scrap yard! They then charged my partner to repair the faulty part! When we purchased the vehicle we purchased a year's worth of tax and received a letter 6months later to say my vehicle needing taxing! Complete sham of a garage!

I agree with above reviews. I was also sold a very faulty car, and question the work they did on it. They repeatedly told me they would do something and then didn't. I would not trust them on bit. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Poor customer service, I believe they lied about doing work on the car,they were threatening towards me and refused to provide evidence that work has been done after you take it back under warranty, stay clear of MB500.
