We have been using McCarthy Cars (both to buy & service etc) for some years now. We're on our second purchase with them so have used the service centre for some years and they never fail to amaze us. Every step of the way is seamless - be it the service / work itself, or dealing with everyone phone, email and on site - it's always amazing, quick, and fairly priced. The team are wonderful, have to say the service is impeccable. They're a joy to work with and always put us at ease. Have recommended to others and would definitely continue to do so.

The staff at McCarthy Cars have been really helpful and friendly. When I bought my BMW it was clean and just as described, I took it back to be serviced about a month after and they sorted out anything that needed sorting no problem. The car was good price and I am very pleased with it. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a car from them - never ending list of issues: electric window failed within a couple of weeks (fortunately covered under warranty), faulty battery died (not covered), leaking oil due to loose and stripped sump plug (sorted elsewhere because they were too busy, although they did cover the cost), blocked sun roof drain led to flooded drivers footwell, bent bars on door lock meant key did not work. RAC check is worthless and their mechanics are hopeless. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole

Mccarthy cars did everything you would expect a good dealership to do, knew the car and showed me around, had all the paperwork organised and cleaned the car up inside and out and looking like new. pleasure to do business with.

The vehicle was clean and looked great, but when I drove away about an hour after the wing mirror glass came out so it wasnt fitted in too well, i had to pay this out of my own pocket. McCarthy Cars Croydon are too far from my house to go back. It wasnt that they did anything wrong just they are far away so not easy in resolving issues. I would recommend none the less

Ok, I will start with the good, i was dealt with by a guy called Robert who i think is one of the owners and he was great to deal with. The selection of cars is vast and when i took my car away it was very clean and everything was as i wished for The slight issue and its not a major complaint and wouldnt stop me going back is that after 4 days of having the car i had to replace a part on the vehicle to my own expense and hoped this would be covered by the warranty which sadly it wasnt, i really did think it would be as i thought i had the premium warranty Except for this issue 1 issue i am happy
