Bought my golf r from mds motors meant to have six months warranty. My arches are crumbling at the back. My brake pads don’t fit in the calipers they’re refusing to fix them. Telling me I’ve got to take the car off the road and not use. It should never passed its MOT. I would avoid this company at all costs because the Mickey Mouse company they don’t want to take no responsibility

AVOID... WARNING... bought a car from them, within 100 miles engine oil light came on upon inspection found the car is leaking oil, emailed ALI / ADAM the two brothers running MDS Motors, they denied any issues with car and expected me to pay for the repairs for the car i PX before they will pay for repairs on the car i bought from them, SENT me invoice after me chasing them for over 2 weeks under a different trade name QS MOTORS, and wanted me to transfer the car log book to JDW CARS. Proper scammers, running business under multiple trade name within same area and some on same address at 24 High Street, Luton... Ignoring my emails to arrange repairs and a proper invoice... AVOID... WARNING.

AVOID!!! Engine warning light came on same day of purchase. Seller is refusing to acknowledge my emails and calls. They have clearly cleared the code before purchase to then sell and take zero responsibility. They also didn’t have the correct V5 so I’m going to have to pay to get a genuine V5 in my name. Also tried selling me the car with no receipt. These guys are 100% scammers and have used different company names if you do your research. You. Have. Been. Warned.

Please, please, please read this before you even think about visiting MDS Cars Luton!!! You will regret it if you hand over any money for a vehicle to these. I visited MDS Cars in Luton on August 24th 2018 and purchased a Peugot 207 paying cash. All went well, salesman was very nice, mot was for a year, service book had stamps in and one fron March of this year so a deal was done, cash and keys exchanged and away I went, now pay attention because remember I visited MDS Cars Luton, another salesman even gave my brother, who was with me, an MDS link as my brother was interested in trading in his car for one they had on site. 11 days later, 4th September 2018, the Peugot 207 dies a death on my during a quick trip to the local shops! I contacted MDS Cars to advise them that the car had broken down and was told by a guy called Ahmed that I never bought the car from MDS Cars and they have never had it listed?! He then informs me that I bought it from a guy called Francis who shares the lot and trades as JDW Cars, Ahmed would kindly advise Francis that I called and get him to contact me later. 24 hours later and no contact so I drove up with a friend to speak to them directly. In the office was about 5 guys who tell me they had nothing to do with my car and JDW is seperate company from MDS, have you ever bought a kettle from Argos but later found out it was Wilkinsons, no me neither! They say they have advised Julius, (notice I was told his name was Francis earlier), who owned JDW Cars and would let him know I had visited as he was out today and not available. A nice chap called Ali then gave me his direct mobile number and said he would speak to Julius to get my car sorted however, if the car was returned a £200 admin fee would be deducted from any refund, (why I have to lose £200 on a car that isn't fit for purpose is beyond me)?! I ask for Julius' contact number but was told by Ali that he cannot give it to me for 'Data Protection'... So the guy sells me a car that has died and claims he is MDS Cars but for his data protection I cannot have his contact number to resolve any issues?, Weird no? So I leave, 2 days pass and still no word so I call Ali, no answer, some hours later Ali calls me from a different number that, weirdly, links to a number listed with UKSC, I advise Ali that RAC breakdown attended and found that the car has a severe oil leak that has damaged the alternator and would also need a new battery, costing around £600 in repairs, if that! Ali says he will tell Julius and Julius will call the following day! The following day and I have still heard nothing so contact MDS to speak to Ali and am told that Julius has actually left! He will give Ali a message to contact me later in the day.. I am basically being fobbed off and sent on a wild goose chase, have been conned and sold a complete pile of shit car. The car is still sitting in the same spot it broke down and I am now stuck with it. There has been no offer by MDS/JDW cars to help in anyway apart from telling me I would lose £200 if any refund was paid back and it would be MY responsibilty to return the vehicle, clearly meaning I would have to pay for a truck to transport it the 17 miles from where it is broken down to their dealership. A quick search online reveals both companies list the same cars for sale but they claim to be seperate entities, don't be fooled, a simple check and you will see MDS Cars Luton, JDW Cars Luton and UKSC are all one and the same! Their reviews that ARE positive are CLEARLY from friends and staff and as a case in point; I found a positive Review on UK-Reviews.org from a Julian Degui for a car he bought from UKSC, Julian IS ACTUALLY the very same guy who sold me the Peugot at MDS but apparentely owns JDW Cars, so he has gone from being called Francis to Julius to Julian all in the space of a fortnight. Go figure! I have tried to sort the situation out amicably and without fuss but clearly I'm banging my head against a brick wall... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

John in response to WARNING! Avoid Like The Plague!
I purchased a motor vehicle on 3rd October 2018, 3 days later vehicle broken down, I contacted seller and ask for refund as I was not happy with the good supplied not satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose and not match the description. As there was a problem with the good when I bought them, I request that the seller gives me a full refund under the consumers right act 2015, seller claimed he made me signed an trade invoice receipt that does not allow me for refund and consumers right act 2015 does not apply on is business. Dealer a professional scam artist, everything about this dealer is dodgy, dealer's business address on website is fraud, he uses "opposite" someone else's address to locate is sales yard of which royal mail do not conduct delivery in case you need to take them to court. The business MDS cars does not exist on company house. I now have a county court judgement which I can't enforcement and dealer has also shut down it website. Reported dealer to police and Luton council.
