I would give 5/5 for my experience on the day.. the guy on reception was polite and the service was efficient. I may add the lady on reception when booking wasn't the best!

Really great, quick service from the guys at Medlicott. Highly recommend! I found them through a quick Google search while looking for somewhere close to me to take my car for diagnostics, and they fitted me in quickly. They weren't pushy in trying to get us to do anything we didn't want to, and they ran everything by us. Brilliant garage.

This was my first time going to Medlicott, and I have to say I am very impressed with the service. James ran diagnostics on my vehicle, and I could tell he really cared about providing great customer service. The guys at Medlicott are some of the best people I've spoken to—so genuine! Medlicott was recommended to me by a friend, and this was my second time going to them. They changed the cambelt and water pump for me. I felt like everything was done to a high standard, and the car has been running great since. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage in the area.

I found them a while back since I live locally, and I am so happy with my decision that I wouldn't go anywhere else. The issues I had were sorted quickly, yet there was no cutting corners or bad work done. They really are great at what they do.

Our Volvo XC60 lit up every light on the dash then died. Once the car was with Medlicott, James methodically worked though diagnosing a malfunctioning communication network, finding a failed steering pump and a cracked main supply cable, both creating intermittent faults. It did take some time as it was over the Christmas/new year break, but James went above and beyond to pin the problem down and source parts economically. Repaired car has performed flawlessly since. Great communication from Medlicott keeping us updated on progress. Thoroughly recommended.

I find James extremely helpful and he is clearly very knowledgeable. Medlicott Motors provide just a good a service as a main dealer (if not better) at a far lower price. I would highly recommend them.
