Our Volvo XC60 lit up every light on the dash then died. Once the car was with Medlicott, James methodically worked though diagnosing a malfunctioning communication network, finding a failed steering pump and a cracked main supply cable, both creating intermittent faults. It did take some time as it was over the Christmas/new year break, but James went above and beyond to pin the problem down and source parts economically. Repaired car has performed flawlessly since. Great communication from Medlicott keeping us updated on progress. Thoroughly recommended.

I find James extremely helpful and he is clearly very knowledgeable. Medlicott Motors provide just a good a service as a main dealer (if not better) at a far lower price. I would highly recommend them.

Been here a few times with them being local but they smash it every time. Its just a pity my van is a bag of rubbish. They did treat me really well and all went fine.

Had my breaks checked by these guys as there was a loud grinding noise.. it was more of a safety concern really. They are a decent lot down there. I have been back a few times for mine and my wife's car and they do a decent job every time.
