I would give ZERO star to Megastar Cars. Awful and dishonest people. Especially the director. I bought a Peogeot 107 (LB59***) in April 2017. Semi auto. I payed £3400. Straight after I bought the car I found d out that the gearbox was a fault. I took the car to a Peugeot specialist garage and proved the faulty. Started making calls and sending mails to them. In 30 days they had to give my money back and collect the car. they ignored m y calls and mails. I took them to a mediation. they didn't respond to the mediation team. I kept warning them to take a court action and I did it. They didn't attend to the court. I WON the case. they still didn't respond to the court decision. I applied to the Bailiff. the Bailiff team visited them on 18 May 2018 and next day they paid my money and court fee to the court. I received my money from the court. I waited them to contact with me to collect the car. they didn't. I sent a mail to the owner of the company. suddenly he responded my mail. I kept the car in a secure car park for 15 months. I asked him to pay the fee of this car park. he refused. 19th July he sent a truck to collect the car. I am sure they will clean and sell this car as soon as possible. if you want to buy this car PLEASE ask to see Peugeot Specialist garage proof about the gearbox. It has to be replace in a Peugeot garage. Other wise don't trust them. They are dishonest. And If you had or having problems with this company DON'T give up. Take them to the Small Claims Court and to Bailiff. . . . . It took me 15 months to get my money back. It was a very stressful time.

As I told you before the car doesn't have any fault and we sold the car after we did the service for it and I got the invoice of another customer which I sold the car for him and now he is more than happy with the car All the tiptronic gearboxes roll down if you don't have your foot on the brake including this car
Megastar cars ltd - awful company and dishonest behaviour. Think twice before buying a car with megastar cars ltd – I trusted them when they promised to fix a car issue before I buy the car. Phoned them 2 times during the week to make sure everything was fixed and if it’s ok to pay and pick up. They told me all is good, on arrival the salesman asked if I want to check the car, but when I agreed he suddenly offered to sign the contract first. I didn’t think much of it as they seemed to have some good reviews on feefo (feefo is not a transparent company, see reviews about them and how it works on Trust Pilot) So I signed, thinking I can trust them. Huge mistake. Turns out they didn’t fix the issue. I asked for a full refund, they refused, even though it was within the 30 day of purchase and by law they are required to give a full refund. They offered to fix the issue, and I had to waste my time and money going to the garage they sent me to. 3 times I went there and each time I was sent back with different excuses. In the end the garage told me that megastar cars ordered the part and it will arrive in about… 2 MONTHS. After that I decided I should take them to the small claims court, sent 2 formal letters – they ignored both of them. Had to contact the salesman via WhatsApp and even offered an alternative dispute resolution service, but they ignored that as well. I filed for small claims court, and they replied after 20+ days, right on the deadline saying they want a mediation. So when I offered it to them before going to the small claims they ignored me, now they want a mediation service?? Jokers. Its been almost 2 months since I bought a car from them. I’m still waiting for a full refund. Hope a potential buyer will read this and won’t be fooled by all those “verified” feefo reviews by people you select based on a car condition.

You had bought the car from with no warranty because the car was nearly half price and its a part ex , so we put on the advert that there is no warranty The car had no fault when you purchased it , after a month you came back and told me the driver window wasn't working so as a favour even if the car has no warranty we still fixed the issue. 2 weeks later you came back again and told us the wiper motor wasn't working properly . Thank you for review in the end it wasn't our fault and I have proof because you lost the claim in the court
Picked up my first car Saturday and I am over the moon with it. Mustafa was so helpful and put my mind at ease about buying my first car, he was helpful the whole time and even checks up to see how myself and car are getting on. I bought a car from MEGA STAR CARS, the car has been exported permanent from the UK and the staff haven't told me about this anything, I also got the car without logbook, I accepted to apply myself for new log but now I have to pay Duty vehicle tax Nova plus many other things, I keep on calling them and they don't care about it. They are not serious company, they are just selling the cars without to care about the respect for the customers. Now I try to return the car and to report them . Please don't buy from MEGA STAR CARS Nw10.London.

I also had a bad experience with them, when buying a car you have 30 days from the date of purchase to get a full refund, They will try to avoid it, but you can call Citizens Advice and ask for help - you might need to take them to the small claims court

This car was brought from an auction and doesn't have logbook as I mentioned and the car is not exported or imported and I did give you after that proof from the vendor to dvla that the car is registered in the uk and is not imported or exported and this is why you have a logbook in your name and your still driving the car today we don't leave our customer without help. Sorry to hear that
Friendly staff was reliable and efficient and the customer service was amazing it was so quick and the car was great The price was really good I recommend anyone
Sold a car with the pretence it was fine then a month later maybe less the clutch went and as it is a DSG means the gearbox also needs replacing. The warranty doesent cover the full cost

Absolute joke of an outfit. Messed us around, lied and completely unapologetic. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. These guys give car dealers a bad name.

They should get 5* for lying I must admit they think they are good at it he even lied in replying to my review said they told me it had a head gasket replaced and if you had the head gasket changed why would the car be miss firing unless your mechanic is as doggy as you and about the mirror I went next day after buying the car the miss firing happened straight away but the engine management light didn't come on until 1 week later I feel your pain
Efficient, reliable, trustworthy, excellent service.The whole experience run very smoothly. No hard sale, just find the car you like on the site, liaise with staff specially 'Mustafa' who were professional and friendly, receive all the information regarding the car, specs, mileage etc. You go to their website where you receive full information about the car you like and it is easy to use and I really think this is the way forward with purchasing cars! Purchased a car from this dealership around 6 weeks ago, wasn't able to test drive on the day as it was blocked in by other cars and they didn't want to move them. I went back and purchased the car and took it for a test drive round the block. The next day engine management light, ABS light and airbag light illuminated. Took the car to 2 separate mechanics who both diagnosised it with faults. With this evidence the dealership still took no responsibility, no offer of a refund or repair. Took no responsibility what so ever!! Had to go legal with them, took the car back and left it there. Got a 3rd party inspector to test the vehicle and diagnosis it. Even with this report the dealership still took no responsibility. Any good review posted is by them, check their previous company records Brittania autos Ltd, same business model, different name. Terrible company, do not use!!
