Where do I start with Megastar Cars, I arranged to come and test drive the car with the owner of the dealership. He only let me drive around the corner which honestly wasn't enough however he assured me that it was a good car with no problems. I paid a deposit and paid the rest through finance also he told me I need a 3 month warranty which I need to pay extra for, so I did. Once I got on the motorway home, lights started appearing, black smoke from exhaust, car wasn't accelerating from junctions. it was pure DANGER!. After much investigation (im aware I should of done this before) turns out that the car was bought from auction by MegaStar with £4000 worth of repairs that MegaStar DID NOT fix, probably wiped the diagnostic report and then hoped I wouldn't notice till I drove it home. The dealer refused to help me with these issues. Kwik fit advised me that the car was a health and safety risk as there was a long list of issues that matched with the same issues from the previous owner hense why the owner traded it in to the main dealer. I had given mega star cars weeks to fix the issues, weeks to come and collect the car but they never showed up and started ignoring my calls. I went back to my finance lender and they ended up taking back the car and refunding me to then claim back the funds from the dealer who had basically washed his hands of the car. The whole process took 2 months to deal with! it was the worst place I have ever bought a car and I would not recommend this company AT ALL!! save yourself the agro and choose another dealer.

Purchased a car for my daughter and the staff at Megastar Cars were extremely helpful. There was no hard sell just honest advice. I was looking for a car that was reliable, safe and reasonably priced and I got all 3. I will definitely be shopping for my next car there as they had a wide selection to suit all budgets.
