Booked car in for service and asked for two other things to be done . Asked for these when booked in , when dropped off , when picked . Lots of promises that they’d get back to me with quotes for these repairs - nothing

I am a Media Television Camera man at BSKYB SKY News and Sports News, in London. I recently Leased my first A class Mercedes-Benz AMG Line A200 from a Leased Company. I needed help to operate the interior functions. I visited Mercedes-Benz Birmingham Central Lawley Middle way. I was highly pleased with the professional manner and the help I received from your customer service employee Mr Steph, he went the extra mile arranging for my first vehicle servicing and monthly direct debits from my account. Absolutely shambles, do not use stockport dealership. My vehicle is brand new purchased in Feb 2020, I had problem with door lock flashing. I dropped the vehicle a day before, waited 30 min before I was seen. The following day I was contacted and said there will be a charge to repair the wire which was broken however I told them I bought the vehicle brand new from Mercedes dealers at Bolton wouldn’t accept this and said they will charge for repair or take it to where you bought it from. Never again stay away, take it somewhere else
How all dealerships should operate! Just took delivery of my new vehicle that i'm simply over the moon with as expected from a new car...... However I feel I must comment on the attention to detail and the service received by one of the most conscious outfit I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. I must comment on the attitude of the dealer principle Peter who gave me the service and attention to detail that was needed to satisfy a hard top please customer :) This was my second purchase from MBCB and to be quite honest if was not for the sales staff and Peter's efficient and professional team I would have probably gone elsewhere. So thanks guys keep up the great work as your relationship skills with the consumer are second to none. 5 Stars all the way.

I must congratulate Lucky Mark and Kyle for their excellent customer service I desperately needed a part today for my Mercedes AMG and as I live in Redditch and could not get there Lucky kindly offered to stay there till 6.00 until my son could collect the part I phoned them about 5 times and each time I spoke to one of the above mentioned and they were so helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble to enable me to get my part I needed today When someone goes above and beyond their job role to help a customer then they need recognition Thank you again
Never in my all life I experience such a low unprofessional handover I purchased a g wagon new in my collection day the car was handed with no instruction, or any advice not even a small bunch of flawer for the wife, I waited 2 hr as the car wasn’t ready Despite me calling at 9 am and arrived at 3 pm to collect I called at 2 pm the manager said I be out when you arrive see my assistant When arrived the assistant in a bad manner said to me and my wife wait there I said where he pointed outside Totally low welcome Communication was very non existent The all situations Made my collection day be a Day to remember and yes I will remember this day as one of the worst handover ever received from a Mercedes main dealer it spoiled all my big day Never Again buy from this company A normal garage wold offer you a service and comfort especially when you spend over £ 150.000
Absolutely do not recommend Mercedes Brimingham Central. They have had our car for nearly a week. It simply needed two new front tyres. They have allowed it to sit on alloys on the forecourt which has resulted in it needing a new alloy. They told us over the phone it was in the workshop and it’s tyres and wheels were off. We arrived at the garage to find it still sitting there with two punctured tyres. They have ordered a new alloy. It has arrived and it is the wrong colour. We have said put in on. We are absolutely at the end of our tether. They have lied to us, not communicated with us and frankly it’s a disgrace. I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman with our photographic evidence.

We placed an order with Mercedes Benz Birmingham Central for a Mercedes Benz V250 back in May, they received the order, even replied to my email that the order was attached to. I replied m enquiring what additional options I should add before the vehicle went for build, they replied with the options price-list. A few months went on, I queried when my car was going for build, this was ignored, another email sent on August 18th confirming my delivery date of September 1st, also ignored! If you like having your time wasted and being lied to then this is the dealership for you, but avoid Simon HUBBARD, he’ll talk to you for an hour then deny that you’ve ever spoken! oh, and don’t bother asking to speak with the Senior Management, because they don’t exist... messages left for Martin WEBB... all IGNORED! Take my advice and take your business elsewhere, anywhere but a dealership associated with LSH Auto.
