Your service advisor was great on arrival - super friendly and efficient. I left my car with you 16th October for an MOT and agreed that, all being well, I could pick up on the Friday (18th). I received an email later on the 16th to say the car had been tested and had passed ok. Nothing was attached to this email with regards to a copy of the MOT certificate. I asked again for a copy of the certificate on collection and was told it had been sent. I emailed the dealership on 19th asking once more for the certificate and I am still waiting for a response, it now being 25th October, Not happy with the service here. If the service team can help and see this, please contact me.

Really exceptional service from Thiago Lezcano who went beyond the norm to supply and take my previous previous Mercdes in part exchange. Despite the sales team being flat out with sales he looked after me perfectly and I drove away delighted in a shiny red car a very happy man.

Leaving a car for 5 days with technician and received a health check video and repair process regarding the issues with my g63 and the problem still there and had to book it in right away for the initial problem , typical mercedes after care treatment , absolutely no clue whatsoever from service department , next car won't be mercedes !!! Good coffee and comfortable chairs to keep you waiting for adviser

I have been trying to book my S Class in for a service, which they prefer to do online. The system just freezes and doesn’t work. So, I called to manage the booking by phone. After pressing ‘4’ to access the right department, After 5 minutes an automated answer said all departments are busy and call back later. No option for a call back. Disgraceful performance from what is meant to be a quality company.

This place employees people who are on roid rage. Abdul is a complete nutter. First made us wait 2 hours for test drive and then start arguing and becoming physically raged when we complained. Asked me to come on the road. What a joke this place is.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR A SERVICE !!! 1 star for a coffee 0 star for the Service! Received a letter for a recall which clearly says it will take approx. 3 hrs. Once I called to book an appointment the 3 hrs was confirmed. Drove down to their branch for my 8:45am appointment, after an hour of waiting around I have been informed that earliest it will be done is 5:30pm but it may overlap for a next day. I was okay with it but wondered how will I get home as I ended up being without a car. I HAVE BEEN POINTED AT THE BUS STOP BY AN EMPLOYEE I SPOKE TO !!! NO CURTESY CAR OFFERED AT ANY POINT! 8 DAYS LATER by calling them almost every day I have finally been told that the car is ready! Also I have been promised on a day 3 that the Service manager will call me the next day- which he never did, so I called them and being told he is not working on Saturdays 🤷🏼♀️ So false informations were given!AGAIN! Once I have arrived to pick my car up I have not been told anything about the service they made or else, I just had my key returned and pointed at the exit door to get my car. The car looked the same way I have left it with them! Dirty with no finger prints at all on my sunroof(reason for a recall) no explanations or visible job done at all only a permanent marker pen on my passenger seat ! NOT having a CAR FOR 8 DAYS it costed me £60 in total and all I got is a chewed permanent marker on my passenger seat ! Thanks MERCEDES !
I brought my car in for a service after they didn’t do my recall properly, they had to change the knoc sensors and steer rack bolts.. they originally promised me that’s if it’s to do with the recall that I would not b charged for diagnostics or anything to do with the recall and when I went in they charged me for diagnostics and the noc sensor replacement which was originally part if the recall, we agreed a price to get the other work done and months went by and I everytime I rang to check the progress of my car I was told that they have no idea when the parts is going to arrive, I need my car for mobility and decided to make a complaint, upon doing that, the nxt day they said my car was ready, when I went in staff was very rude and when I looked at the invoice I was charged the money agreed even tho they didn’t do all the work agreed.. I went to look at my car which had had a complimentary was or nothing and I noticed my child’s booster seat was also missing, I complained and stressed that the work agreed hadn’t been done but I’m still charged the same price , it looks as if my car was just brought in to make the complaint go away as just a day before I was being told by whoever I spoke to that they have no idea when my car is going to be ready as the part coming from Germany and this had been going on since January but as soon as I complained the car was ready the next day, something just does not seem right.. It’s as if my car was just brought in because of the complaint and they no longer care to do all the work on spite. , I complained n let a Ahmad lbtes know who only went on to lie and tried to tell me the mass air flow sensor is the electrical work done as if I’m stupid, when I let him know it’s not, he then changed it to, oh I said I didn’t want electric work done which is another lie and but still want to charge me for it... they still have my car after 3 months , also MY CHILD’S BOOSTER SEAT HAD BEEN STOLEN out my car and god know what else, I did not receive my complimentary heath check or car wash as usual and when I asked Ahmad why he said I didn’t ask but I didn’t ask last time and it was still done.. it looks as if my car was just brought in to me to make the complaint go away and they’re now being spiteful. I don’t trust that anything had been done to my car as they’ve shown they clearly can’t be trusted. I’m making a complaint to merced Benz and also GOING TO CALLTHE POLICE AND REPORT IT AS MY CHILD’S BOOSTER SEAT HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM MY CAR on top of everything else..twice I had brought my car to Mercedes and twice I had to make a big complaint.. I found Ahmad Ibtes to be a liar and very rude and not a good representative for Mercedes, he needs to be sacked asap.. it’s as if they’ve hooked my car up to the diagnostics computer and removed the warning light and brought the car in to make the complaint go away as just the day before everyone there was telling me they had nodes when my car is going to be ready but as soon as I complained it’s ready the next morning.. something clearly suspicious. The wrk agreed wasn’t carried out but I was still invoiced for the same price, my child booster seat had been stolen, and to add insult to injury, i was been taken for an idiot ontpof everything,, I’m escalating this incident to the motor ombudsman if the complaint department doesn’t sort it out. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM MERCEDES. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.. you just wouldn’t expect this poor level of service from Mercedes or for stuff to get stolen out your car.. I’m very disappointed and it has really affected my daily life not to mention losses suffered. Hopefully the complaint dept will take it seriously and get it sorted so I don’t have to go to the police or escalate it further as I need compensation for my child seat also.. waiting to see

Brought car for service and when collected the car back a tyre had been damaged, Had to replace it. Contacted dealership no reply or acknowledging my messages. Ignoring my emails.
Sean Jarrett dealt with everything for me, he is wonderfully efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. He offered me a private workstation and kept me updated regularly on everything to do with the service
