Car dealerships often get a hard time on reviews - just like to say that the service I received from MB Brentford and specifically from Khaled Rouf was excellent. I enquired into a Mercedes C Class as part of their VIP sales weekend, which was very competitively priced, I placed a deposit and the car was brought down and prepared within the week. Khaled kept me informed constantly, even advising me on traffic conditions prior to arriving at the dealership, which saved me a 20min wait! The Merc was in excellent condition, all as advertised and it hadn't yet been in for its final valet. Unfortunately due to work issues, I ended up needing a manual transmission, as my skill fade due to owning an Automatic was too evident. Khaled was very understanding and within 12hours had already begin the process to refund me my deposit, providing email confirmation. Whilst I didn't end up purchasing a car from them, I certainly would in the future and I would definitely contact Khaled again, he honoured all of his verbal commitments.
Rana was a very friendly young lady. Made me felt very comfortable when I entered the showroom. Listen to what I wanted to purchase, helped me to make a choice of the vehicle which was purchased. She had a good knowledge and understanding of my situation and my needs. She made me make my decision there and then and I did not need to go back to BMW where I normally purchase my cars. She is a lovely young saleswomen and Mercedes are lucky to have her.

Do not buy a car from this dealership, after sales customer service is non existent. No one will ring you and they sit behind a stupid messaging service.
I went to the showroom yesterday (25.10.20) and was assigned to a salesman named Alim. He not only helped me find a car above my expectations and budget, but he was extremely helpful, courteous and professional throughout. My aim was to shop around a few showrooms but I ended up purchasing there and then. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute idiots. They don't answer their phone quickly, and you must prepare to wait around 20 minutes to speak with someone. They write down the wrong notes about what needs to be done on the car. The technician does the wrong thing on the car, and at the end you get a shocking summary of work done which you did not ask for. Very stupid....
We went to buy a brand new GLA. Waited 2.5hrs to be seen having booked a test drive. They did not have a car for road test and sales were very rude! They said you can go to any dealer and they will say same. We are very busy and do not care, we have enough sales coming through the door. Over 20 staff were in back office and nobody to attend to us, except 2.5 hrs later when they said the above. My dad is Disabled and diabetic, which was disregarded. So we went across the road very upset and purchased a very nice BMW X1 for 45k immediately. A great man served us and was very good. A pefect example of People buy from Good people, everyone can buy a car. Believe it or not, we didnt even Test drive it, sitting in the beauty was enough. This garage should be closed down!!! A very upset Family as we planned to buy the GLA for my Dads 70th. God Bless Mercedes Benz. I will be sending my complaint and experience to Germany and everywhere i can to make this known. Very very poor!

Something dodgy going on here. Mercedes Brentford asked for a credit card from a phone call!!! Looks like bait & switch tactics.... poor reflection on the brand

Mercedes Brentford absolutely rubbish dealer. And employee with surname Virdee is the worst. Don’t know how he still there. Rude, arrogant and belittling. Wouldn’t even give a test drive until we agreed a price for the car. Said why we coming to him if we’ve bought from somewhere else before. Better dealers out there

The absolute worst experience ever in using Mercedes Benz dealerships over the last twenty years. Total liars, Mercedes Brentford demanded £500 to test drive vehicle and then nightmare to get money refunded if you don't like the car. Salesman repeatedly lied and said money was being refunded when it was not. No one ever answers the phone must have spent over twenty pounds making dozens of calls trying to get refund salesman never called back. Not even sure it is legal to charge £500 to test drive vehicle would be interested to find out if other Mercedes Benz dealerships do the same. AVOID Mercedes Brentford like the plague, at best sharp practice and total liars.
