Tried to order a part which needed to come from Germany. Would not take payment over the phone to avoid me having to travel twice. Said 'Were not a mail order company, we're not Amazon' Mercedes need to get in the 21st Century. The customer service at Mercedes Brentford is rubbish.
Sales staff at Mercedes Brentford are fantastic but the branch manager is an arrogant.
