I highly recommend Mercedes Brooklands to send both Service Receptionists for Costumer Service training as they have no clue what’s that… what an unpleasant experience at Brooklands today. From lack of manners to showing some attitude … will never use your services again. Not surprise why you have the review rate you have. On top they forgot to hoover half of the car.
inadequately packed and damaged in transport at my loss 650 GBP
I have just bought a SLC 200 from Brooklands main dealer. I've had really good service from the first time I contacted them. I spoke to Sunjeev who was so professional throughout the transaction, He got me the best deal on the used vehicle and he delivered the car personally to my home. On delivery he went through the controls of the car and even paired my phone for me. I am delighted with my new car and would certainly recommend using this garage to anyone. A very positive experience. Reading some of the other reviews, it is difficult to think it's the same garage, don't be put off, ask for Sanjeev.

Avoid this place! Liars and scammers working here. Blame the customers for their mistakes. Before you purchase a car from this dealership... read this! Worse experience ever, liars and timewasters! They listed an ad on auto trader without it being ready and I enquired about and the guy Ali said it won’t be ready to view but then he said I can view it but the mechanical and bodywork side is still in progress... went to the see the car, alloys scuffed, front bumper not in place looks like it’s been removed and spray painted and not put back on properly, rear bumper had scuffed and stone marks. Ali agreed for these to be looked at and repaired... 2 weeks on I came to pick up the car and the only thing they did was the alloys refurbishment and the MOT. Bumpers weren’t touched as promised by Ali it will be repaired, he then said that’s how the bumper is and it’s a used car? He then blamed me saying I did the front bumper damage!!! Absolute joke! We agreed on the work to be done? He didn’t show me none of the paperwork or anything! The MOT mileage was higher than what was on the paper work? They said it’s an admin error ? They didn’t even do anything about it?! I checked the trip computer and it’s done 500+ miles!! The rear tyres was deflated and they didn’t pump it back up? I had to stop and pump air into the tyres! The car smelt of vomit looks like they left the boot mat wet.. disgusting sick standard! So they lied absolute scammers just want their commission! Service A and B was done but service B no oil change or oil filter change? 30k+ later no change? I enquired about this to Ali and he said it’s to do with the service intervals but the car did more than 30k of course it will need oil change! It’s common sense!! Will never come here again! What do you have to say Mercedes? Is this how you sell luxury cars! And lie to customers?

Bewildering how such a big brand can treat customers with such disdain. Still waiting for £17,000 refund of a faulty brand new Smart EQ we paid cash for in March 2021. Mercedes Benz Weybridge ignore our call and emails. They use stalling tactic and delays to avoid answering our demands for a refund. We are now backed into a corner with nowhere else to go. Mercedes of Brooklands at Weybridge in Surry as most possibly the worst new car dealership ever to exist. Our only option now is The Car Ombudsman and County Court Claim. We have lost our car and lost our money. What are we supposed to do !!!

Worst service, rude and stuck up! Don’t want to help even when you want to buy a car!
Bought used c63amg with extended warranty. Both head light misting up, gearbox need resetting, on collection they’d lost log book parcel shelf was missing and no locking wheel nut. Had better experience with small independent dealers.
I have just bought a used mercedes from Mercedes Brooklands. I couldn’t be happier. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I am very pleased with my E300 amg line and enjoyed a trip at the weekend in luxury and safety while still achieving 40.3 mpg. Ali the salesman deserves great credit for his efforts above and beyond the call of duty. When I went back to have the cherished number plates fitted he had the car cleaned again. Many thanks.

Afraid they have pure focus on selling and forgetting - they don’t return calls and hugely un professional. Massively disappointing. The only way anything will change if we/you don’t buy from Mercedes Brooklands.
