He turned a bad experience (I had my car keyed ) into a great one! :) James was with me every step of the way, making me feel at ease and I placed my full trust in to this Mercedes’ Benz because of James. All of the other staff were also very welcoming and lovely. Also to note everything was that smooth and because of everyone being so welcoming and James being so professional and because I couldn’t fault James or the team in any way, I Will be coming back to this dealership for my services that I’ll need and when I decide to buy a new car, even though it’s 20 minutes further away than my local Mercedes’ Benz Thank you so much James for liaising with my insurance company and for the excellent body work on my car. I recently bought a beautiful Mercedes E350 cabriolet from here and have to say the service was impeccable from start to finish. I wanted to particularly commend Patrick Sayce who helped me with my purchase. Patrick was incredibly polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful and really made for a great customer experience. He’s a consummate professional, a real gent and a credit to Mercedes-Benz. I’ll definitely come back to Mercedes-Benz Cheltenham & Gloucester for my next car and will recommend this branch to everyone I know. Just phenomenal! 10/10!

Booked an express service with Mercedes Cheltenham which should take up to 2 hrs maximum so decided to wait.....3.5 hrs later still waiting!! Awful service will no apology.

I have used Mercedes Cheltenham and Gloucester for 25 years.Recently had a tyre monitor problem on my almost new s class which took 3 phone calls to different people before they said take it back to the original dealer ( chesterfield ) who dealt with it without a problem. 2 days ago I phoned them for advice on the memory stick system and they said they would call back.They didnt.I called again and was told the expert was at lunch and would call back. I am still waiting 2 days later ! I will be going to worcester mercedes in future which is the same distance from my house.

I did not purchase my car from MB CG because the car I wanted to the specification I required was not available from them. I have had three issues with the car that have been sorted out hopefully to my satisfaction. 1 ) Exhaust issue but known about on delivery. 2 ) Service recall earthing issue. 3 ) Electrical issues that needed to be re programmed on my car. I have taken up the 3 year service plan with them because they sorted out my problems to date and on time. I don't feel that is correct to single out a single person for praise because after all the service they provide is a team effort. I don't know how the company will perform in the future but so far so good.
I booked my vehicle in for service which they happily took on and made me feel welcome, as soon as I left the vehicle with them to start the service, it all went downhill from there. I dealt with a chap robin, who I've been dealing with all these years. I've been a Mercedes customer from 1998, and the service I have received from the manager recently was unacceptable. Firstly, the manager Craig sent a text to me regarding the hired vehicle I had, I had it longer than expected which was due to them not fixing my car? That was not my fault? He called me, I couldn't answer due to me being at work. Craig sent me a text saying that he will report the hired vehicle stolen? I am not a thief, I haven't ran off with their car? I sent a text back to confirm where the vehicle was, so they can come pick it up if they want. Also as a manager, Craig's communication was far too unacceptable! I would never go back to this company, I live in Birmingham, I went out my way all the way to Gloucester to give them my service and money for me to be treated like this? it would've been much easier for my to give in Birmingham dealers. But I preferred Gloucester dealers due to me always been going there for the last many years. Anyways enough about Craig, I picked up my car from the dealer after servicing and other parts which they recommended for me to do. I told them what ever needed doing, do it because I want the car fully functioning as when I gave it to them. They changed something within the coolant side, which I paid a silly amount for. The best bit was that I come out the garage paid for everything, happy, done 7 miles away from the garage and the car was smoking up from the front. The car was over heating and it said top up coolant. I was confused because I thought they topped it up. However, because of the car over heating and smoking, and me traveling to Birmingham again I thought let me get the car checked before I head on to the motorway. So I called Mercedes Mobilo, they came out and said my coolant system is messed up? I never had this problem before, and after they changing something with the coolant, now the car is messed up. Mercedes Mobilo sent the car back to Mercedes and sent me in a taxi back to my house. Overall, the service and communication within this garage is totally unacceptable and rubbish! The MANAGER, not sales man, the manager tried threatening me like as if I was running off with the hired car. He was being totally rude over the phone with me, which yes I have lost my patience with him. I will not be returning to this garage anymore after they fix my car. I will stick to my local Birmingham garage. They should be happy, but seems like they taking it for granted. This is an original review, which when Mercedes do read this, they will know.

I purchased my new Mercedes c class from Cheltenham and Gloucester Mercedes at the end of November. I have had the engine warning light come on 5 times. No one seems to want to know. I have been promised phone call s from several people. The last one was supposed to happen on the 21st or 22nd of August . Never did. Phoned Mercedes today and they promised to look into it. If you buy a car from here you had better hope it never goes wrong. The worst customer service I ever had.
