My experience was the worst I have ever had. I took my four-year-old car, which had 20000 miles on it, in for service. When I received the car back, I noticed that one cover was loose and oil had been added without using a funnel, leaving oil splashed on the engine cover. Soon after, the car developed a ticking noise. Additionally, the front engine cover was missing. I took the car back and met with the service manager, who cleaned the oil and fixed the loose cover. I was told that she would call me regarding the ticking noise. A week passed, and I did not receive a call, so I returned to the dealership. I was met by Matt, who assured me that they would investigate and get back to me. Nearly two weeks later, Matt informed me that they had been unable to find the cause of the ticking noise but had conducted a thorough investigation to prove it was not something they had caused. I was told that if I paid for two hours of investigation, they might identify the problem at a cost of £700. I explained that they had the car for two weeks and were unable to find the fault, yet if I paid, they might be able to. When I inquired about the missing front cover, I was told that the car did not have one. However, they later replaced it with a sponge-type cover that does not fit properly; it was just pushed in place, and I was assured it was the correct cover. Two days later, the dashboard went blank. Mercedes Colindale refused to accept any responsibility for any of these issues, and worst of all, they didn't even apologize. I contacted Mercedes UK, but they stated they had no power over the local dealer. I have owned Mercedes cars for the past 10 years without any problems until I made the unfortunate decision to take my car to the Colindale branch. This experience has shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers, as well as a failure to be truthful.

If you want to save yourself from losing money, wasting time, and having your car completely ruined – NEVER take your vehicle to this service center. My wife brought our Mercedes in with a minor issue with the door. She simply asked them to check if it could be fixed. They “fixed” it quickly and demanded payment even faster. Of course, nobody showed us the car before payment. After paying, they returned the car in a much worse condition – the door was completely destroyed. And the best part? They said they “did what they could,” but now the repair would cost another £1000! Total scammers and thieves! No accountability, no explanation. They just took the money and handed back a ruined car. Mercedes service? More like a scam garage! WARNING TO EVERYONE: Stay far away unless you want to get ripped off and have your car seriously damaged. Avoid at all costs!
I was very surprised and impressed to be so well looked after when I dropped my E450 off for its annual service on Monday morning. I was extremely well looked after by Sally who was very professional, helpful and friendly. From when I arrived until I collected my care I was taken very well care of with regular updates and was provided with extra help over and above what I was expecting. I also had a very nice courtesy car. Thank you Sally! 👍🙏😊

out of all the cars we had, this is the most terrible one. we have a 5-year-old GLC bought from one of the London dealers (the car was 2 years old when we bought it), which by the way are franchises and not taking any responsibility for the product they sell. the differential was leaking after 2 years from out of the factory and has been replaced after nearly 3 months of the claim plus other minor failures. now the driver seat has torn off from one side to the other exactly on the stitch and have been told by these guys that is not covered by the warranty. it is so shameful for someone like Mercedes to state this and try to charge me nearly £1000 to replace it.
