my sons car has been at collindale gone in with one problem how come back with bigger problem my grandson drives in that car they need to fix it reason why I said to go to Mercedes because paying I a good sum I know I will not have problems this is something happens when you take it to a back street garage I will be seeing them tomorrow
I arranged to see a car with MB Collindale, which they confirmed the car was available a total of 4 times, over email and phone. I took the afternoon of work and travelled over an hour see the car, as arranged. When I arrived they even confirmed it was being made ready by the workshop, only then to tell me 20 mins later that the car is longer available as a staff member reserved it that morning. If the car was reserved, why then are MB Collindale arranging an appointment with me to see it ? A complete cock up on their part you would say, but its not how they saw it. Speaking to both the salesman and the manager, apparently it was my fault for not reserving it. Unbelievable! Suffice to say, I will not be using MB Collindale again!
Since purchasing my car, I have always relied on Mercedes in Colindale for all my needs. However, their service has consistently been disappointing. I constantly have to follow up with them to get updates on my car, and during my last visit for an MOT, I was deeply upset. It was a rainy day and when I went to collect my car, I found it wet inside with no protective measures taken. Additionally, they had disconnected my traffic camera and failed to reconnect it after the service. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until a few days later when I had to pick up my dad. This situation could have put me at risk in the event of an accident, as I wouldn't have been able to provide any evidence with my traffic camera turned off. Furthermore, when I called my advisor to inquire about the total cost of the service, as I was unsure if I would be able to collect the car myself, I was given a price over the phone which turned out to be an additional £100. When I questioned some of the charges on my receipt, my advisor couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation and had to seek clarification from the office. Clearly, their prices do not align with the level of service they provide.

After reading the reviews on this dealer, I was a bit apprehensive about buying a car from them. I live over 100 miles away from the dealer, so requested a detailed video howing any scuffs or stone chips etc before travelling that distance. Hasnat sent the video straight away, but it wasn't detailed as requested. After speaking to Hasnat, he assured me this was because he couldn't find any. I travelled the 100 mile journey, and wasn't disappointed, the car was immaculate. I did the deal there and then, and put a deposit down. I returned the following day to pick up the vehicle, and it had been cleaned (again) inside and out. Hasnat asked me to look over the car again to make sure I was happy before the hand over. Thank you Hasnat for an easy and pleasant transaction. Oh and by the way, I love the new car, exactly what I was looking for.

Dont buy your car here unless you wanna spend 3 months chasing them up for issues that were concealed when purchasing the car, absolute nightmare to deal with, elusive team members and very difficult to organise an appointment to fix things with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They will only be responsive and helpful when selling you the car, and ask for a good review which you give, and suddenly they avoid your calls and emails when you need problems fixed
As always this branch has been the best in all my after sales services that I’ve received since I bought my car in 2018. They have been excellent and helpful in trying to accommodate all my needs. Especially now in my last visit I had a lot of complications and issues in my private life and my case handler (Chemaine) took all that into consideration and delivered an exceptional customer support and customer service I can’t thank her enough and if possible in my future visit I would love to be able to deal with her again. All the very best to you all team and keep up the amazing work and level of service as expected from Mercedes Benz.
