I bought a verified used car from Colindale Mercedes in 2018 by paying a premium. I trusted the brand and their checks. 5 years later, when I tried to sell the car, it was found out that there were multiple mileage discrepancies before 2018. I contacted them more than 3 months ago and still waiting for a resolution. They are just ignoring and wasting my time. I am stuck with the car as I am not able to sell it because of mileage discrepancy. I truly regret trusting them :(

I had very good service from the service department. The gentleman called Matt was amazing communicator and understood the problem had with the car. Full investigation very repair job was excellent. Updated me in good time sorted me to go back to work. Very good understanding of our needs to go back to work was amazing.
Appalling service from Muhammed Jack today, will be making a complaint to MBUK avoid this Sytner branch like the plague

I thought now this Mercedes Benz Colindale is under the Sytner group the customer service would be better. No improvement, still as rubbish as before. Dropped my car off a 8:00am to then be told at 4:30pm they haven't even looked at my car
THE WORSE DELAER I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, DID NOT SUPPLY THE CHARGER, FAIILED TO MOT THE CAR TWICE, DO NOT ANSWER PHONE, IF YOU HAVE A FAULT TAKES WEEKS TO FIX IT, JUST NOT INTERESTED IN AFTER SALE AT ALL. DON BUY REPEAT DON BUT FROM THIS DEALER.
Had to contact Mercedes Assistance as I hit something on the M25 and the car was was not drivable. I had my son in the car with me and we waited 5 hours for them to arrive and recover the vehicle but they never arrived. I called several times and even spoke to a manager called Shav who was full of apologies but did absolutely nothing to help. He even said they couldn’t find anyone to recover the car. I understood that the Mercedes SOS service would take away all the stress and get things sorted. However, in reality they were worse than useless and provided nothing. In the end I arranged my own recovery service and got the car taken to the dealer at a cost of £180 They actually did call me back to say their drive was 20 mins away but when I asked them to confirm the location they didn’t even know where I was! You couldn’t make it up 😩

Think twice before buying an electric or hybrid car here. I bought a A250e hybrid for £35000 which has a indicative electric charge of 44miles according to the Mercedes literature. I noted when I picked it up that the charge was only 17miles and I was told to recharge it at home and it would learn my driving. After three trips back over that month because of the low distance I was achieving from a full charge I finally got to speak to an EV technician at Mercedes Colindale who told me the realistic drive distance on a single charge is around 20miles and the magic 44miles is unachievable. When I told them that I didn't want the car and that I felt the car had been misrepresented they offered me £7500 less than what I'd paid a month and 100 miles earlier to part exchange for a full electric. After I threatened this review they then offered me £33000 for the car as a gesture of goodwill as a part exchange. No doubt they will reply and write some positive spin but mark my words they are dishonest and, more to the point, Mercedes are not being truthful about realistic mileage per charge on their vehicles.
