Thank you Antonio for your help and advice when buying my recent A class. I wasn't sure which model to take and it was only through your knowledge and expertise of the product which convinced me to buy the A200 AMG. Which I am extremely pleased with. terrible service! honestly my car was recalled for seat belt safety issue, I made an appointment back in May and I dropped the car like they asked! they called me to say car part was ordered incorrectly! and after complaining they dropped my car back to me, and I was promised a call back, since then I've called over 6 times to see if the part is back in stock and every time I get promised someone would call me back YET NOT ONE CALLS BACK! this is a safety issue and yet no action is taken from Mercedes side to take this seriously! I'm honestly so fed up of chasing them that I thought leaving a review will get me somewhere!!!
My strongly advise to all the new buyers, do not buy your car from Mercedes Benz collindale branch, management is irresponsible, rude and only focus on selling. After selling for them customer will go to hell. I bought the car from them, given me faulty car. Completely miss-sold me and made my income loss. Didn't provided me courtesy car and nearly 2 weeks no one contacted me to resolve the issue. If you want to save your time and stress. Then go for another dealer. Don't wast your energy and time.
Just phone them today and last week, and all ways after witing in the line more then 25 minutes the line is cut. Even though I talked to them and gave them all my details and they have my phone No' they didn't bother to get back to me.

This company does not understand the concept of customer service. Wanting to spend north of 55K and they couldnt even be bothered to call me after emailing and calling them, plus failed promises of return phone calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Reserved a GLC 300d Premium Plus, retail price £42,499 on 17th August 2021with a £1000 deposit. Was advised that the car would be unavailable before mid to end September as it was out on lease. Agreed that I would wait until car was free and that it would be delivered to my parents' home in Bucks., since I'm currently overseas. On 3rd September, when my sales contact returned from holiday he advised me that the car was a write off and no longer available for sale. Not really understanding what was going on I contacted MB Customer Services who just got back to me today to tell me that the car was bought by Colindale, in the knowledge that repairs were needed, but subsequently it was decided that it was not commercially viable to repair the car.....which I had been told was out on lease. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. If a Mercedes dealership cannot be honest with clients then it should not be allowed to represent what I had always thought was a premium brand. Unfortunately I cannot give this dealership a ZERO STAR rating.

My Car went in for a routine MOT and Service along with a repair job for an Oil Leak, I was quote £3200 and 15 hours labour to diag and repair the oil leak, this was on the 3rd of AUG 2021, the car came back to me with a worse Oil leak and engine starting issues and the interior of the car was in a mess with scratch marks all over, getting hold of someone at MB is next to impossible with the phones saying they are short staffed etc, which is not the case, they are lazy employees who are standing around. i had to get AA to confirm if the car was safe to drive or not which they confirmed i had been given a car back that was unsafe due to where the oil leak was. MB did the original repair which turned out not to be the cause of the oil leak, and tried to dispute the car was safe to drive. (morons) in a nut shell they said they need to pull the engine to replace the oil pan (I doubt this to be true) and since doing this there is s further oil leak and a problem with the ignition coil now. which of course MB have told me to pay for. is there any way we can band together to take some action against MB Colindale, looks like we all have been taken for a ride and put out of pocket.

I put my car in for a service and MOT, my car is 3 years old and I have never had a failed MOT on a nearly new car before and considering it’s under warranty and extended warranty. Anyway, I told them to fix the issue, which they did. They called me to say my car was ready for collection, I got there 30 minutes later to collect it. A few people were waiting and being served, I gave them my card with all the details of my car and they drove it out to the front a few minutes later. One of the customer service people said they should be printing out my invoice shortly, but there was only 1 person in the office, unbelievable. I waited for 45 minutes to receive my invoice, about 3 other people who came after collected their vehicles before I did, I was not happy at all. I told them I was in a hurry to collect my daughter, and they intentionally decided to make me last on the list. I need to change my car as it is 3 years old, I’m seriously thinking of not getting another Mercedes. If I do, I will go to another dealership, because this dealership is both sexist and racist, never again will I visit this place. If I was you, try Temple Fortune or Milton Keynes, definitely not Colindale. I even feel like writing a complaint the CEO or Director of Mercedes UK, to inform them the shoddy service they are offering.
