I had great customer service from Ikram. From the moment I contacted him to discuss purchasing a Mercedes Benz car he was very helpful in supporting me make the right choice of car. Think twice before buying an electric or hybrid car here. I bought a A250e hybrid for £35000 which has a indicative electric charge of 44miles according to the Mercedes literature. I noted when I picked it up that the charge was only 17miles and I was told to recharge it at home and it would learn my driving. After three trips back over that month because of the low distance I was achieving from a full charge I finally got to speak to an EV technician at Mercedes Colindale who told me the realistic drive distance on a single charge is around 20miles and the magic 44miles is unachievable. When I told them that I didn't want the car and that I felt the car had been misrepresented they offered me £7500 less than what I'd paid a month and 100 miles earlier to part exchange for a full electric. After I threatened this review they then offered me £33000 for the car as a gesture of goodwill as a part exchange. No doubt they will reply and write some positive spin but mark my words they are dishonest and, more to the point, Mercedes are not being truthful about realistic mileage per charge on their vehicles.

terrible service! honestly my car was recalled for seat belt safety issue, I made an appointment back in May and I dropped the car like they asked! they called me to say car part was ordered incorrectly! and after complaining they dropped my car back to me, and I was promised a call back, since then I've called over 6 times to see if the part is back in stock and every time I get promised someone would call me back YET NOT ONE CALLS BACK! this is a safety issue and yet no action is taken from Mercedes side to take this seriously! I'm honestly so fed up of chasing them that I thought leaving a review will get me somewhere!!!

My strongly advise to all the new buyers, do not buy your car from Mercedes Benz collindale branch, management is irresponsible, rude and only focus on selling. After selling for them customer will go to hell. I bought the car from them, given me faulty car. Completely miss-sold me and made my income loss. Didn't provided me courtesy car and nearly 2 weeks no one contacted me to resolve the issue. If you want to save your time and stress. Then go for another dealer. Don't wast your energy and time.

Just phone them today and last week, and all ways after witing in the line more then 25 minutes the line is cut. Even though I talked to them and gave them all my details and they have my phone No' they didn't bother to get back to me.

Reserved a GLC 300d Premium Plus, retail price £42,499 on 17th August 2021with a £1000 deposit. Was advised that the car would be unavailable before mid to end September as it was out on lease. Agreed that I would wait until car was free and that it would be delivered to my parents' home in Bucks., since I'm currently overseas. On 3rd September, when my sales contact returned from holiday he advised me that the car was a write off and no longer available for sale. Not really understanding what was going on I contacted MB Customer Services who just got back to me today to tell me that the car was bought by Colindale, in the knowledge that repairs were needed, but subsequently it was decided that it was not commercially viable to repair the car.....which I had been told was out on lease. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. If a Mercedes dealership cannot be honest with clients then it should not be allowed to represent what I had always thought was a premium brand. Unfortunately I cannot give this dealership a ZERO STAR rating.
