I WAS TREATED LIKE CRAP AT MERCEDES COLLINDALE I very strongly advice not to go to this showroom and to especially avoid the sales person called Juiel Miah. This person and the showroom is the worst I’ve come across to date. Roughly around April/May I found a Mercedes 200d I was interested in purchasing Registration KO67 KLZ. Having made serval enquires about the car I was finally put through to an extremely nasty sales person of the name Juiel Miah. Over the COVID period I final came to a decision that I was interested in buying so it was put aside for me till they were able open for business on 1 June. On opening for business I made contact with Juiel Miah explaining that I was still interested in the vehicle and would he drive the car over to me to test drive as earlier planned, he said this would not be possible as the guide lines for customers viewing the car has changed due to the Covid 19 so I would need to make my way down to there Colindale showroom to view the vehicle. I then proceeded to request for video the vehicle to be sent to me in response all I was sent were a sent shoddy photo and video of the car showing the car in an extremely very dirty state seen as attached. I was further given an appointment to test drive the car on the 9 June 2020. Come the 9 June 2020 I was about to leave only to receive a flash call from Juiel Miah in which I was the one to call back. On getting through he asked me where I was and he would have to cancel my appointment as the car had a spear part missing from it and I would need to wait another hour before he could call me back. This person seemed so unconcerned, there was no effort to forewarn me a day or two days before that the car would go into any repair, I had waited a good week for the appointment in which the car should have been prepared for my viewing. I was so annoyed I sent him a WhatsApp message saying I longer wanted his attendance anymore should I continue to deal with him I will no longer purchase the car. I was so annoyed I called and requested to speak with the manager who eventually explained that due to the COVID-19 they were having difficulty with parts being delivered and they would rebook me for 13 June 2020 promising to have the car cleaned and Covid 19 ready and hopefully I would finally purchase the car. To cut a long story short come the 13th June 2020 I took a cab from place to take the test the drive of the car. After waiting a few minutes this Juiel Miah came greeted me and took me to the car, it was to my utter dismay and horror to see the car as shown in the pictures with the bird muck on the roof of the car, the car hadn’t been cleaned it was in an extremely dirty state. I must say I did take the car for a test drive which looking back now I shouldn’t never have done that but on second thoughts it’s a good thing that I did as thinking now the car hadn’t even been prepared for Covid 19. I drove the car back, I was so upset. I vehemently complained to this Juiel Miah as to why would the car be in such a disgusting condition knowing fully well that I had been waiting for so long to view the vehicle all I got from this nasty person was ‘so am I buying the car or not’ in which I replied with a very big NO. I further made complaints of my treatment to a senior staff member only for that person to take the side of Juiel Miah with no consideration of my time and cab expense I had taken and spent. So follow buyers avoid Mercedes Collindale like a plague. I will never go there again and now I’ve debeen put off from buying any Mercedes a this is my second bad experience.

Hi All, Just wanted to write about my experience with MB of Colindale: I had booked my car LN16*** due for a recall on January 2020, when I got there after long delays in finding my booking I was told that the loan car was not available (when I had already asked for it and had a confirmation)! I waisted over a hour journey time and another hour at the dealer for no reason whatsoever. I then booked with him personally to get my car booked again on March 23/03! On the 23/03 I called in around 12pm to see if it was still ok to get my car done and get a loan car! I was advised by Chris that loan car is ready and I can drop car early if I wish to! I got there after 2 hours to be told again that they not loaning cars and if I wanted I can leave my car for work to be carried out! My question is why wouldn’t they let me know before that this is the situation and not waste my 2hours again. I was very unhappy but dealer didn’t care about it or they tried to offer me a cab journey if I left the car. I refused again to leave my car without having a loan car which is the least I can ask due to it being a re call and nothing my fault. Still after 4 hours waisted and no apology from the dealer nothing has been sorted. Another issue is with the long waiting times before you get connected to book the service. At least 30min every time which I think is ridiculous.
Thier incompetence make me wait 3 weeks to make a key, just to copy from my soare key to a new one. After 2 weeks they lost my key, I need to wait another 6 days for them to look after my key. On top of that my new key comes without the physical key - blade. No one is there to ask for explanations, each one just send me to another one. Very poor service , contact through phone never work, staff unhelpful. So disappointed like a big brand has so low standards.

Theft by Mercedes Colindale from vehicle whilst in for a service. Raised immediately and chased constantly for 2 months. Even raised to UK CEO Mr Savage and no further forward. Currently with her majesty courts.

I took my car in to MB Colindale last Thursday as it developed a leak as a result of a plastic bin bag getting caught up the underside of the car. I was told it would cost in the region of £3K to repair but they could not give me a definite price until full investigations were carried out on Monday. On Monday I did not hear from them, so I went in and was told the investigation was not completed and they would call me next day, which they did. They also advised me that the investigation could last 3 hours and as their hourly labour charge is £202, just to investigate, could cost £606. OUTRAGEOUS!"

I took my car in for a day job (replacing brake pads) at the Colindale Mercedes and was told that I could not pick up the car at end of the day as initially agreed. I received a phone call the following day to say that a part would need to be ordered and I would have to pay extra on top the original charge. This is while the car is still under warranty. When I questioned this, I was told the warranty does not cover wear and tear. I was also told that I would have to leave the car for an additional 6 days for the repair but would not be given a loan car when I requested for this. I am very disappointed by the service provided by Mercedes colindale and would warn customers to think twice about using them.
I bought a car from Mercedes Benz Colindale Branch a month ago,two weeks after I had a problem with the car noises from the tyres so I called them and told them thay booked my car for seven days later which I thought it was too long,I drop the car nine o’clock in morning and thay told me thay let me know by the afternoon what is problem,I did not hear from them so I called them the next day(with great difficulty to get through) and thay told me my car hasn’t been inspected yet and I have to wait more,then I told them I need the car for work and I can’t wait thay said in that case come and collect the car and no apology and nothing,I would never recommending them to any one,I can honestly say the hole experience was bad from the beginning to the end.
