The service department at Mercedes Colindale would do better if the allowed Kermit the frog to rum it. Completely useless at customer service . On April 23 car booked in for service and my son had to wait over an hour to be seen to give car in. He was given all sort of excuses but the fact is that arrived at 8.40 Am with car and left after at about 10.10 am . Why does it take 90 minutes to drop off a car for service? This was only the start of our issues. A gentleman called Tim called at 3 PM roughly to say one tyre had a nail and will need to be changed. He was asked to call back by 5.30 with price but never called back. He called after 10 Am today ( the following day) to say car is ready!!! When asked about the tyre he said that its a spare tyre and no worry. The problem is this car has no spare tyre and when he was challenged he said " Oh yes I was wondering that " . The car was therefore not ready as could not be driven with a nail in the tyre .When asked why he did not call yesterday with price for tyre he said that he did and had no answer. This is clearly not the case as no missed call and no message from Tim. Anyways took several phone calls and threats to finally get a price for the tyre and to be able to get the service and tyre job done. I have asked several times for a manager to call me but this is being ignored. stay clear of these clowns at the service department of Colindale .

Came into Collindale Mercedes Benz today service team are horrible giving false information to other departments horrible customer service don’t know how to treat motabiltiy customers very rude staff would not recommend this dealer ship they have been giving me hell for how many years.

Recently bought a used car from Mercedes Colindale. Service wasn’t great throughout but worst part was after we’d driven away in our car we found out that it hadn’t been MOT’d (contrary to the paperwork we were given) or taxed meaning it was not road legal and any insurance would be invalid. Very dangerous! We have raised a complaint but not had satisfactory response - they don’t care now they have our money! Stay well away!

I have bought car on 03/04/2017. My car done for exchange. Be My first Mercedes Benz motor and first experience with Mercedes. Not fit proper sale man. Not explain properly car. Next day find add blue tank under boots. I can't fit any spare tyre there and any item. I ask for return the car. To much lies said my car gone auction all ready. They open at 09:00 am. I call at midday, how come my skoda be in auction all ready. I know Mercedes have 30 returns policy. But I didn't want to go to far. I'm cab driver just want to get on my job. Now stuck with unhappy car. They not proper Mercedes dealers. They Just interesting sale sale money money. Be so careful with Mercedes Colindale.

I bought a new E Class from Colindale Mercedes 2 weeks ago. Pretty impressive and professional team. The gentleman who dealt with my case was very patient and painstakingly went through the various options. I even got a gift from Mercedes at the end of the sale. I am completely happy with my car and the whole process leading to my choice. Kudos to the whole team and keep it up .
