Riyan iftakher, an exceptional service provided through my journey in getting my repairs done for my car. He was efficient and kept me updated at every stage possible to ensure my car was repaired and ready at the agreed time frame.

Booked an appointment on 8th of September to get a Service Plan for my car. Gentleman took my details including my bank card information and we settled on 2 year plan for £40 a month. He did say it will take a while to activate. Now, 4 months later (December), I have checked my account again - still nothing getting paid for that plan. I have decided to go to the same dealer and to my surprise they have told me that my plan was never registered, nobody with this description is working there and the details he has taken is nowhere to be found. I have asked to setup this plan again and been told I have to pay £44 a month now... To sum it up: 1) You have used some temporary worked to take my details and now I am overpaying because of this incompetence 2) You have taken and lost my data with my CC information!

Never buy anything from them . If your finance get declined they will hold all your deposit. As they are holding my £500 deposit and it’s been a month they don’t replying to my queries .I am gona contact Mercedes Benz headquarters to get this resolved .

I dont know where to begin but please do not visit this place, a bunch of cowboy employees. They take money off people and delay services.. they lie and cheat and inflate prices. I will never go there again

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2020 CLA35 AMG Mercedes from here in January 2021. Warranty expired end of March 2023 and in June 2023 (after work for a recall at my local Mercedes dealership) the vehicle now needs a major engine rebuild (cylinder misfire). I was never given an option for an extended warranty so that route is not available. The costs will be thousands to fix and when I approached this dealership I brought it from to help contribute towards the repair (advise from Motor Ombudsman) the Manager’s response was ‘cars are unpredictable’. The vehicle is only just over 3 years old and only done 33k miles with a Full Service History. I have been told by multiple Mercedes technicians that this engine has a known fault with the valves (which have now been modified) but they are still refusing to help. The person I also dealt originally and brought the car from agreed that it’s unfair but it’s ‘above her paid grade’. My recommendation to anyone with the same model engine is to get it looked at while it’s in warranty to save you being out of pocket.

Don’t ever get anything done at Mercedes Croydon! My car was booked in for a recall regarding air bag, they should have looked after me ! But noooo…… I was chasing them up and paid for Uber to drop and pick car… just because of an airbag recall. I could have died if I was in accident !
