Brought a part for my Mercedes. Parts dept. said return if not used. So we returned it. Being given the run around, told I’d have to talk to manager. Manager never called me back. They refused to put me through to parts saying “you’ve already been told” Emails not answered. No refund.No contact. What a con. DONT BY ANY PARTS FROM MERCEDES CROYDON, THEY’ll KEEP YUR MONEY!!

Picked up my sons new car today and really pleased with it but in particular I want to recognise the exceptional service of Fardeen Lakhani - nothing was too much trouble for him - very organised - did what he said he would and a great communicator . He made the process very straightforward.

Brand new car from them .. leather seat stitching came undone - still waiting on replacement 9 month on!!!.. got a recall for fault rear seatbelts - they did not confirm dates for recall and when i chased was told sorry no replacement car for you while we fix this . we have kids in the back with faulty seat belts !!!! Appalling service and after care ... non existent . they NEVER call back , No department seem to know what the other is doing. WE switched from Range rover to mercedes because Range rover after care was shocking .. This is worse!!

Absolutely shocking and disgusting. Sold a absolute pack of lies to get the sell. I purchased a so-called used and approved Mercedes! Absolute rubbish I've had it 8 weeks and it's been back twice. I have videos of the problem but yet every time the car goes in I'm told there's nothing wrong with it. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people, I would strongly advise not using this dealership

Fardeen gave a wonderful service and kept me informed on the process of the sale throughout. If I had a question Fardeen clarified with expertise and pace.
I would like to congratulate the whole team at Croydon, with a special mention to my Sales Contact Fardeen. He was very professional and helpful, I took delivery today. Only issue was the music playing in the Showroom. The speaker was above the desk and with the screen for Covid protection between myself and Fardeen it become very hard to hear him... Still didn't affect the professionalisms. Thank you once again
I have called Mercedes Croydon three times now to enquire about a specific car on their website. Each time after going through the menu of options to get to sales, after another wait, I have been advised I will have to hold for approx 10 minutes before my call is answered. Goodbye Mercedes Croydon.
Fardeen Lakhani gave us a fantastic service from enquiry to the final purchase of the car. He kept us update all the way through and we love our smart car for four electric. The dealership staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Visited Mercedes Croydon today as I was considering two different models and wanted to compare. Rarely have I been met with a salesperson less willing to demonstrate the car's features and unwilling to assist in arranging a test drive. Avoid this dealer at all cost, there are better Merc dealers around.
