I have been to Mercedes Epsom to Pick up the Parts at around 1530 today (13/3/20). Girl at the Reception was Very Rude. Not Welcoming at all. Treated me like a Scum. Kept overtalking as well. I had received such an appalling Service. I didn't feel that I was at Mercedes at all it felt like I was at the Council Estate. Extremely Disappointed Experience. Adeel Hassan.

I have bought a car 2 and half months ago from Mercedes Epsom and it had damaged break pads, the head rest button was not working and Apple car play isn't working as well. I no one has done anything about it and the asd that they will book me an appointment and someone will call me. No one did. I have booked another appointment and i have told them that the break pads are damaged and they need to fix them and they also need to fix head rest button and Aple car play. After almost two days the fixed only the head rest button, they lied me that the breaks are fine and they are not because it is a new car and has only 3900 miles and they also lied me that the apple car play is working and when i called a mechanic to chek it again, he said that they will call me to book me another appointment for the Apple car play. It has been 4 days already and i am still waithing for a call. I am very disappointed of the cervice and the management. I didn't even let the wash my car because the have scrached my old one and i have zero trust in Mercedes Benz, Epsom. The reason why they are doing this is so they can blame me for their mistakes and charge me extra money on the next service...

I am absolutely disgusted at the service I continually receive at Mercedes Benz Epsom. My car was bought from them and I have spent thousands with maintaining the car from this branch. They NEVER pick up the phone and when they do you are left on the phone for 20-30 minutes. When they do pick up, they put the phone down. So you resort to emailing them, to which they don’t respond. They then want you to part with thousands of pounds. How is this a service department when your service is appalling. The worse one out of the lot is Vin. Calls himself a service manager, how can we be left to manage a team when he can’t manage his own emails.

i purchased a zero millage GLA 2019 from EPSOM Mercedes Benz that the seller called NIMA NEGARANDEH. Who rushed us to buy this car without test driving and he demanded to get money separate of comision that told normally its £1000 but he requested to get less then £1000 from us. He made a lie every time that we saw him or call him to bring back the car to them after 1 day. we wanted to leasing car but he bought it to us and made a finance in my name. The reason for returning was the monthly payment that is high for us. we struggled to speak with Sales Manager who promised to calling us for choosing a different car by lowest monthly payment but he didn't call yet after 1 week. When we went there to resolve the problem Nima (the seller) told if you want to take it back you lose £5700 because you can cancel your contract with finance company but you have to pay this amount for car after 1 week. After that i asked this issue from other Mercede Benz Company and they told me they have to get the car by right reason. I will reccomended to you that never listen to Nima when you go there to just see a car. I still at the problem and i don't know how can i resolve this. At the end when you wanted to buy a car they spend lots of time with you to buy it after that when you have got a problem they didn't call back you and never answer at all.

Keith at Mercedes Everton was very helpfull and pleasant to be around. Was on point and quick very happy with his service :).
I purchased a Mercedes Benz C220 from here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition but the car was advertised with park assistant which it does not have. However, the car is really good value for money and up to now I have had no issues with it at all so I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
