Car was in for warranty work after only 3500 miles,was told i would be called with progress, no call came so i called them at 16.15hrs to be told,some one else is dealing with it and they would call me back. No call back so eventually travelled to dealership,arriving at 17.00hrs to be told. "We tried to call you but your phone was engaged" My phone has call waiting and tells me if some one else is calling if i was on another call,which i wasn't as i was waiting for giffnock to call back. They could have emailed or even sent a text but nope,never happened. Then the service advisor said "oh your seat needs to be taken out to check the wiring as we think that is the problem,can you get some one to pick you up as we need to keep the car overnight" 😲😡😡😡😡 No offer of a lift or a courtesy car, which any decent dealer would have asked,even with present covid19 restrictions. We will see if it's ready tomorrow,if not then i will bypass the dp and go straight to gary savage. There should be an option for zero or negative stars. One not so happy customer.
Euan was friendly, efficient and very professional. Deal done without fuss for my AMG C43. Showroom busy but we were looked after well.
Mercedes Giffnock dont honour warranties bad customer service, ended up spending 900 pound even though car was still under warranty.

My first buy of a Mercedes A-Class and it was a first class experience due to Craig Sutherland. He was a delight to deal with and so patient & helpful with all my questions. Can't thank you enough Craig. Also must mention Mary who was also so helpful and understanding with us. Many thanks to everyone for a great experience. We would not hesitate to use Mercedes of Giffnock again.

Arrive at Mercedes Giffnock at midday for an MOT. After 10minutes man arrives to tell me they can not do it today! No phone call made in the morning to inform me of this! Travelled 10miles to be told not today and that I can come back tomorrow!! Very poor service!!

I was very disappointed with the service from Mercedes Giffnock. No communication I was rushed out without a thank you. I was told my car would have 4000 miles but it had over 6000. My payment was not what it should be and my opinion was the staff were all rushing home with no time for the customer at all I would never buy a Mercedes from this garage ever again. No one says hello when you go in the garage and they are all a little arrogant I actually felt I was an inconvenience to them. Stay away from this garage if you are expecting a good service.
Brought the car into Mercedes Giffnock today to have the nox sensors replaced. Met by Carol Smith who was brilliant from start to finish. Regular updates with a replacement car provided. Special thanks to James for resolving our issue quickly and professionally. Total contrast from sales side.

I needed to get a replacement service booklet stamped for my CL500 as I lost the original one, Normally you speak to main dealers and they can't be bothered however Rebecca Grant in service was 100% helpful and very prompt in sorting it out Thanks to Mercedes of Giffnock. ** 5 STARS **
I have lived in giffnock for 35 years , driven a Mercedes for the last 20 years and would never buy a car from Mercedes Giffnock. Pompous probably describes them best.....
Rude customer service - missold a car & told “tough luck”. They offered to buy my car back the following week for £6000 less than I purchased it, despite admitting fault. They lied about extras being able to be fitted then installed a tacky £24.99 device on my car without explaining (and charging me £350). Mercedes ought to be about high quality, but it’s come to be just a badge. The Dealer Principle talks over you & is highly unreasonable. His staff have told us they have applied for jobs elsewhere they’re so miserable & under pressure. Avoid!
