Mercedes Giffnock is the worst garage ever total rip offs. Booked my car in for a service not happy the service was diabolical. They quoted me 109 pounds for each tyre but then i got told the tyres were 243 pounds each total rip offs. Tried to call the service manger 3 times he wouldn't come on the phone been told various excuse every time i called. Avoid avoid at all cost and the service staff are so rude unbelievable.

I knew the ideal model and spec. that I wanted. Visited two Merc dealers without success before this one. William in sales went the extra mile and sourced the exact model and spec. that I wanted. Trade in procedure completed and new car supplied in only five days. Very happy so far with the service received at Mercedes Giffnock Glasgow.
Mercedes Giffnock consistently make errors every step of the way and then treat you like you owe them something. It's been a complete car crash experience and they lie to your face with no problem.
Gave my car in for warranty work heard a rattle at the back, did not fix it said it had a bump in the back which it did not, did not have time to collect the car that day said i will collect the next day. I then at 11.30pm that same day seen my car parked out side the dealership on the kerb on the main road on a cycle lane which was unacceptable if i give my car in to the dealer inexpect it to be treated with respect. I spoke with manager said yeah its unacceptable did offer to put new brakes on and charge me parts no labour and fix the rattle. Agreed to that had the work done when i collected my car the rattle was still there did not fix the problem just put new disc and pads on and charged me for it, ive tried to contact him a number of times but i get blanked out so ive taken the car else where never ever will i ever go to this dealer ship they do not care about your car. They have no respect on other peoples property and how to treat customers dont its a shame because its my local dealership and ive been here before and was ok but i would rather travel further and have my car treated with respect.
Made a booking to have my 2 tyres changed. The advisor told me to wait while he double checked the price, after 15 mins not returned, I got up and asked the receptionist. This woman came out and tell me rudely that the price they quote yesterday was right, didnt even apologised for the wait . very rudely handed my key back when I cancelled the job! appalling attitude and service, Will never return!

We recently purchased a car for Mercedes Giffnock. when we left the showroom and once the air freshener had gone we noticed a smell within the car. this was meant to be a approved used car with 7k on the clock. it was meant to have a full valet carried out on the car before handing the car over to us. we discovered the car was giving a quick clean inside with a smelly dirty cloth. we also discovered the AdBlue was showing as very low. We contacted the showroom to complain they said the car had the full works carried out before leaving the showroom. in fact the manager was driving the car before we bought it. it was never cleaned properly the car was never checked properly the Adblue was never checked. we took it back into them to carry out a full valet and top the Adblue up. when the service engineer came back with our keys he informed us that we had a bubble on one of our tyres he was very quick to pointed out it was not there when the car left the showroom and it had to be caused by ourselves possibly hitting a pot hole ?? remember this car was meant to have the full works and a full inspection before leaving the showroom. so he is 100% it was not there when we bought the car as HE CHECKED however he forgot to check the inside of the car ie the mess the smell and ALSO the adblue was never checked but he did check the tyres ???? 'I can definitely smell something and its not the inside of the car smell' . so please think twice before buying a car from this dealership.
I phoned about a Mercedes car I saw on Auto Trader, a gentleman took my details about my Mercedes and said he would phone back very soon. Two days and nothing although I did phone back three times and was told by a lady the last time that someone would definitely phone back yesterday before close of business but no call came. I find it very disappointing that a Mercedes Dealer has such poor customer service, do they honestly think that I would buy a car from them when they demonstrate this poor service before parting over twenty thousand pounds.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MERCEDES MENZ GIFFNOCK WAS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.... HAD TO RENEW 4 TYRES THAT I WAS TOLD WERE CHANGED IN DECEMBER BOUGHT THE CAR FEBUARY..... WITH 1 BALDY TYRE... SHOULD HAVE RETURNED BUT DIDNT AT THE TIME WAS TOLD I NEEDED 2 FRONT TYRES AND THE BACK ONES WOULD LAST A MONTH...... MERCEDES BENZ CLASS EH .... HAD TO ENDURE A BIT OF CHEEK FROM THEIR SHADY CALL CENTRE WORKER MB CLAIM....WAITED FOUR HOURS FOR A CALL BACK UNTIL I PHONED THEM BACK RAGING AND WAS PROMPTLY PUT THROUGH TO GEORGE THE SHADY MANAGER AS I HAVE NICKNAMED HIM 'SHADY GEORGE AS A GOODWILL GESTURE MB GIFFNOCK' AND HE SWIFTLY TOLD ME CHANGE OF STORY IN FACT MY TYRES WERE NOT CHANGED AT XMAS AND HE DIDNT KNOW WHO TOLD ME THAT .......LOL MAYBE THE SHADY GUY AT THE CALL CENTRE GEORGE AS A GOODWILL GESTURE MB GIFFNOCK......AND I DONT NEED TO TELL YOU SHADY GEORGE AS A GOODWILL GESTURE DONE MY TRACKING FOR NOTHING RESULT EH.....BUT IF MB GIFFNOCK WERE NOT SHADY IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN THEY WOULDNT BE SELLING CARS WITH CAR TYRES THAT ARE JUST SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.....OH AND WHILE IM AT IT I NEVER GOT MY KEYRINGS AND I AM WAITING FOR A CALL FOR THE SEAL ON MY BACK DOOR......... MAYBE SHADY GEORGE AS A GOODWILL GESTURE MB GIFFNOCK....WILL GIVE ME A CALL BUT I WOULDNT HOLD MY BREATH.....OH I ALMOST FORGOT TO SAY YOU AT MB WASHED MY CAR THANKS VERY MUCH......
