Bought a car from Glasgow Mercedes then cancelled it the next day.Lost my deposit of £500.even though the car had multiple scrapes and one dent and a scraped side mirror.This was a 1 year old GLC with 8000 miles on the clock. They offered to fix it but on reflexion decided to go for new. I was then told that they could not match other deals that were available. This is second problem with this garage through whom I have bought mutiple new cars from .The last buying a new GLC ,QUOTING A PRICE AND THEN WHEN MERC FINANCE SENT THROUGH THEIR STATEMENT IT WAS PLUS VAT.The salesman strung me along for a month, until I visited the garage and was told that he had left.The manager who was unaware of the situation, managed to refund me the vat.So beware.

After having read all the very bad reviews about Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow, I was reluctant to do business with them and cancelled an appointment to see a vehicle. However I was persuaded by the salesman to give them a chance. I am glad I did. My wife and I received excellent service. There was no hassle on part exchange values, no pressure to finance the car because we paid cash and we walked away with a beautiful Mercedes. The Customer Service section of the used car side of the dealership bore no resemblance to the bad reviews I have read on various sites. I have not, of course used the servicing department yet. However please do not be put off by the bad reviews. We found Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow to be excellent.

Don’t use Mercedes Benz in Glasgow. My experience suggests either the sales exec or her manager have been dishonest and they are now refusing to refund a £500 overpayment, claiming the deal agreed was different to that I agreed with the sales exec. This is despite the fact the exec told me her boss was wrong and she would sort it out for me. All lies, lies, lies. I have never had such an awful experience from a car dealer and will never buy another Mercedes!

The saleslady at Mercedes Benz Glasgow was fantastic and at first i could not of been happier, but thats when it changed. on pickup of the car it was covered in swirl marks to which i was assured there would be none! then the faults started rearing their ugly head, 3 weeks of ownership and as many trips back. NO ONE wants to take any urgency over things and now, even at the point of terminating under the Consumer rights act 2015 (right to early temination), still nobody cares!!! No one can give me a date on fixing the issues, or even a rough one, plus what makes it worse is that nobody has actually told me whats wrong with the car. apparently all cars that leave (new or otherwise) are looked at from top to bottom.................ok, i beg to differ. If the car had of been then i wouldnt be in this situation now, plus if the job has been done correctly the first time all this could of been avoided. It was a reluctant Move from another car manufacturer (japanese with exceptional build quality) to mercedes and now wish i never had. My wife is changing her car this year and WILL NOT be buying from here. A huge part for me is aftersales as well as a good sales person, and sorry, but mercedes Glasgow is let down here in bucketloads. On one visit to the dealer i heard another angry customer who was so frustrated with the service he had been given, that when asked if he wanted to speak to the service manager replied it was probable best not to, as he was likely to punch him square between the eyes. That says it all. I have yet to hear anyone talk about them in a positive light and the only thing that is annoying me more than Mercedes service is how annoyed at myself i am for not listening to those people in the first place. Dont take my review for it, buy a car, wait for it to go wrong then try and get it fixed with them. Least the coffee is good!

I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of individuals in my life. Jason in servicing is incompetent and clueless, Paul, the service manager is personable but will not do what he says, will not respond to calls or emails and after countless visits my car is in poorer repair than when they first booked it in. If your looking for a decent car avoid this group as it’s not if, it’s when they let you down
Staff unfriendly, badly mannered, rude and nonprofessional. Been there twice to buy a car but looks like their sales executives are not interested in selling and none of them wants to do their job and would value a cigarette break over selling. It does seriously look like all staff their and including the manager hate working at Stratstone Glasgow. I filed a discrimination complaint against one of the sales executives and have received apologies from Stratstone and Mercedes-Benz headquarters. I would def not recommend going there, any other car dealers are miles better and more professional than Stratstone Glasgow. Company need to seriously think about replacing staff there as none of them is fit for the job they do, they make you feel unwelcomed and can't wait to see you leave their premises rather than selling you a car. Total rubbish!

Fortunately for Mercedes Benz of Glasgow there is no zero star option. Having had a problem with the Aircap spoiler on my E Class Convertible which was bought from and maintained by them, I returned the car to the dealer. Firstly they couldn't diagnose the fault as the technician who operated the STAR diagnostic system was off. On eventual diagnosis, including labour and VAT it was just shy of £1400. Then they forgot to order the parts in which cost me a day off work. I was asked to email Jennifer @ service. Still waiting on a response. Escalated to MB UK customer service. The whole experience left me feeling they were doing me a favour and I should be grateful. Incredibly poor service. I would never, ever use this branch again.

Refused to take back a brand new Mercedes c class convertible so appealed to Ombudsman only to find they no longer subscribe to their service - one must question why a so called reputable company like Stratstone Glasgow would not abide by the Ombudsman.

Looking to purchase a S Class Mercedes from Glasgow Mercedes Benz, had seen one this branch had online so decided to take a visit to inquire in person, first went into showroom where staff just stood about and looked at us after wandering about with no assistance we decided to go and have a look at the car ourselves as luckily we had most of the spec online, after standing about beside the car for over 10 mins my wife and sister decided to walk away, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and went chasing after a agent who when finally came out couldn't care less, had no people skills and when asked about the spec his reply was not sure it's came in pre registered, due to the lack of service and lack of professionalism from this branch over the sale of a £60,000 vehicle I said thanks but no thanks and due to this we will be going elsewhere not sure if they couldn't be bothered or whether they just wanted home they showed not interest in there job. I would stay away at all cost from such a unprofessional branch of Mercedes Benz, go elsewhere where you will be treated like a human, in our case we will be going to another branch in Glasgow and ordered the same car £2500 more in price. Shocking service Mercedes Benz Milton St, either train your staff or get new staff who show some interest in customers.

I bought a Mercedes from this main dealer in Glasgow in January last year and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. It was nice and clean and in very good condition and a really good price! The dealers were more than helpful and were happy to answer all of my questions and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
