Having found three cars that had my basic requirements for a C-Class Coupe, we managed to narrow it down to 1. The only question for me was whether I liked the colour, Iridium Silver. Mark, the sales representative at Mercedes of Glasgow, showed me another Merc in the same colour and I liked it. He then went away to speak to his manager and get a price. A couple of minutes later he came back to my wife and me with a price. After a little sweetener of a Merc watch, we agreed the price and we shook hands. A deal concluded.......I thought. My wife and I left to go home but on the way, I received a telephone call to say that there had been a mistake at their end on the list price for the car. They had entered the wrong number before working out the discount. When I went in the next day they wanted £4,000 more for the car and despite my protests and a derisory offer off £500 off OR 2 free services, they would not budge. The deal may still have been a good one, but I am not going to buy from a company that has little sense of what is their moral duty. The manager who Mark kept disappearing off to, did not have the dignity to even come and see me. He was even pointed out to me when he walked past a few yards away but did not even turn to acknowledge me or apologise. I believe his name was Ian. I will probably someday buy a Merc, but it will not be from this dealership.

Do not use Glasgow Mercedes if you are looking for good customer service, they have been absolutely appalling from start to finish, took 3 weeks to get a refund!!!!which I have had to chase constantly. This would have been my 4th Mercedes, but decided not to go ahead with the purchase because of their incompetence!!!!
Mercedes Glasgow made me and my sister wait for half an hour because the "finance manager" was busy. When she finally got round to us she gave us a figure of £350 on a pcp for a 16k car. External finance company quoted me £216 for the exact same car using the same deposit and term. When presenting them with this, she said "sorry this is the best we can do and we don't discount our cars". Shockingly bad service, ridiculous APRs and guaranteed future values that are completely unacceptable (clearly assuming to make over the odds when they resell the car in the future). They offered us a GFV of 4k compared to 9.5k from the external finance company. Disgusting! They've obviously lost the business and ended up with a negative review. Why not avoid this Mercedes Glasgow?! Why do car salesmen and woman always need to be such a pain to deal with!?

I purchased my new Mercedes from this garage and with the visits/phone calls to date I find in particular the staff to be the most incompetent people and a disgrace to the name Mercedes From receiving the wrong trim on a brand new car/Bringing in car for new tyres but after waiting 2 hours was told the tyres had not arrived/Rude staff on phone and unhelpful/Recently asked on 2 occasions to speak with General Manager and was told he would phone me which never materialises AVOID THIS MERCEDES OF GLASGOW AT ALL COSTS

The service I received at Mercedes Glasgow from beginning to end was first class yes you are spending a load of money on a car but Basa wasn't a salesmen yet took a lot of time to explain what the car actually does, Ian from the collection service was fantastic and Vickki on sales no haggling no hanging about for a trade in quote we know takes only minutes. Passed my thanks on to the manager also for a great team effort. Would recommend.

Picked up my cla class last night from Mercedes Benz of Glasgow and I couldn’t be more happier with the service . From the guys that showed me around the car and taken out for the test drive to the sales guy and then the hand over . Only think disappointed about was the door was broken so couldn’t get the car under the cover reveal

Just bought a cla45 AMG from Mercedes Glasgow, was really impressed by staff from sales and handover team, done a great job and helped me with all my needs. Very impressed with the car, absolutely love!!
Never have I ever encountered such rude, incompetent, and unprofessional Product Experts in my entire life. In particular, Ian. My personal details on my registration form were all wrong. When prompted, he was rude and snide. Lies and blames the customer for his own wrongdoing. Given that the forms should be signed off well in advance of collecting the new car. Ian thought it would be sensible to send the forms hours before collection. In an email stating that if the forms were not filled I could not collect my car. Now the forms contained around 5 pages- a section at the end that states the the customer is to REVIEW the documentation. Not fill the forms for them. This is just the beginning of the torturous service Mercedes Benz Glasgow provides. Whilst trying to sort through the paperwork a woman in her 40s who is also a Product Expert of the branch took it upon herself to make a racial slur. Shouting “Mary from Shanghai Shuffle” “You all look the same anyway” “Bye Mary” - after continually telling her that neither of us were of that name nor from Shanghai Shuffle. The comments are inexcusable, even for a grown woman. A police report will also be filed on the grounds of racism. There was one person, Campbell, a team leader, who was kind enough to help us through the stressful process. A new car should be a nice experience not a daunting one.

Just bought E Class 200 D from Mercedes Glasgow....Gemma took us for a great test drive & was really informative & helpful. David then did the paperwork & took our deposit efficiently. And today at handover Ian was assigned to show us the ropes and did a really great job - he was patient, kind & very helpful & informative. He made it very personal without taking extra long over everything - just efficient and got the job done in a very knowledgeable and pleasant way - thanks Ian! Very pleased with our new car although not had it yet 24 hours...!!
I ordered a new mobility car from Glasgow Mercedes on 2'nd June 2018'After hearing nothing from them for over 6 weeks I decided to call Mobility to check everything was in order, I was shocked to learn mobility did not have an order from them, They Advised me to contact Mercedes Milton St Glasgow to find out why the order had not been Placed. THE RECEPTIONIST Said she would get the Guy handling mobility cars whose name was Campbell to call me back as he was with a customer, 4 hours later still no call back, I phoned Mobility back to explain, the situation, The girl I spoke to Debra also called them to get an explanation why the order had not been, placed but unfortunately this Campbell was still busy but she was assured he would call her back, By the end of the day I had heard nothing, from Mercedes or Debra The next morning I called Mobility and spoke with Craig who explained Mercedes had not called them back either but he would try again now, He phoned this Campbell back but again he was busy, Craig advised to put a new order in with another Mercedes Dealer but he would let me know if they contacted him back with an explanation as to what had happened to this order, You have got to remind yourselves here this is a Main Mercedes dealer in Glasgow but acting like a back street Cowboy Shop, After a few hours and hearing nothing I Phoned Mobility to cancel my order to make sure they did not try to put the order in 7 weeks late, This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with any garage, They now have my £500 deposit for a car they did not order, I got my last Mobility Car from this garage when a chap named Keith was the Mobility Salesman, He was very polite courteous and Knowledgeable about Mobility cars, On the day my wife and I went to Mercedes Milton Street to order this Mobility car, We were dealt with by a young lady Emma Patterson who did not seem to know what she was doing but, said she had been trained on Mobility Cars Daniel McAllister Glasgow

I am having the exact same problem with this garage. I don’t think they are interested in motability customers. They should not be allowed to treat disabled people with such disrespect. I am forced to go elsewhere after having my time wasted.

Reading this ladies review has brought back so many horrors that we had with Mercedes Milton st,the sales team were wonderful in perticular Keith Martin,who unfortunately no longer works there. We had real problems with the after service with a curtesy car which was cancelled at 2135 at night by a voice mail at our home phone.We were not at home at the time and we were never able to get to the truth of why this happened,Keeping in mind Mercedes close at 1900.So why did a call at 2135 at night and telling us still to bring the car in,even although at that late hour the curtesy car had been cancelled. Some time later when we went back to trade the car in at Mercedes behest I may add,we were keep waiting for 40mins.When doing the deal,we said hmm no,reply was well that’s it,and we won’t be phoning you again,and let us walk out the door along with £38k Dreadful,get your act together! We did but a new car but not from Mercedes.
