The car was ordered and supplied in less than 2 weeks, great service. They were able to assist when Mercedes UK had let me down by discontinuing the Model I had originally ordered, which had a longer range than the only model currently offered. The EQE350 car has been the best EV I have driven to date and the range matches my expectation. In terms of performance is far greater than the Tesla Model S, Jaguar Ipace and Porsche Taycan.

Very unprofessional & poor service. Extortionate charges for falsified works. They then fail to response to telephone calls and emails. I have filed a complaint to Mercedes Benz UK but intend to take legal action against these rogue traders.

Helpful selling you a car and taking your money ,but lie about your car faults use your car for personal use and clock up miles ,also ask them to buy it back after 3 months and they will offer peanuts .absolutely disgusting, please stay away from here
I Booked my vehicle in for a B service at 11.00, which I understand takes 2 hours. On this occasion I waited, as I thought this was a reasonable time for a large service. 4.5hrs have passed, and despite asking the customer service lady for an update on how long, she is unable to give me an answer.(she checked with technician) I have now wasted an entire day, which I will never get back, and to set the tone, another customer Booked their vehicle in for an Mot, expecting an hour waiting time, only to be told, they had to wait an additional hour, at the earliest which again has had a knock on effect on our time. This is not the type of service, of what I would expect from this brand.

Mercedes have told me my car has a mileage descrepency without providing any evidence to back their claim. They also informed me it's not possible for them to trace when this happened? These cars are on mercedes me so how is this not possible! Or it doesn't concern them as theres no financial incentive. I purchased the car in good faith from a large independent car dealer who insists the mileage was verified by themselves when the car was sold to me at 31k in November 2019. So simply put the person that loses in this whole ordeal is the consumer. Now mercedes have put a red flag on my vehicle meaning further depreciation to my vehicles value. However they refused to provide any evidence based on their claim so this can't be disputed with the dealership I purchased the car from. There is a 3.5k bill to carry out the repairs wich according to the Mercedes technician is a common fault in these new Mercedes vehicles wich usually would be entitled to goodwill payment due to a manufacturing defect. However on the basis my mileage is incorrect they won't cover it and I have no way of raising a dispute with the car dealer I purchased the car from. In other words even if this happened within the warranty period this would not be covered. This is the last mercedes I will ever own!
Very bad customer service. Was told on 2 occasions that the parts department would call me and especially after hanging on the phone line for considerable time
Very bad experience with Mercedes Hemel Hempstead. I went on 13 December 2019 to do my service B. After the service, I have realized that reversing parking camera is not working anymore. I contact Carl James the Manager as well as customers service but they did not help me at all. This is a place to avoid in the future. I do not recommend!!!

I would recommend them 100 %. Perfect overall with a few very minor hicups along the way that they did sort, I cant really complain.The man went out of the way to help sort the car out with, he drove this down himself to me as i am far away from this dealership and there was something about the timing that concerned him so he wanted to make sure it was running smooth for me which it is. Thank you Mercedes Benz in Hemel Hempstead and to the man who dealt with me
