They acknowledged that they could not deliver the car I ordered and agreed to cancel the order. However getting a refund is taking forever without any explanation. I paid in full when I ordered and that ended all customer service. Was told refund would take 3-5 days. That was 11 days ago. very disappointed.
I took my CLS 63 AMG in for a pre booked recall on 25/05/23, They kept me informed during the day with 4 txts & a phone call, collected the car this afternoon 26/05/23, Natalie dealt with the handover of my car, she was polite, helpful & very caring, i really cannot fault the service i received,

Countless returns to the dealership and the problem is still reoccurring.
Do NOT buy a car from this dodgy dealership. Sister bought a used A class, nearly new, we realised after a week or so that the parcel shelf was missing. Tried to call 3/4 times, every time they said the salesman (Mohammad Ashraf) will call me back. Took over a month to hear back from Mohammad. Only reason he called was because I threatened to go and take one from their showroom. His response when I asked to have one sent out to me was “your not getting that mate”. He sounded very aggressive and also tried to argue that the parcel shelf was there when i bought the car and why it took us over a month to realise! I did realise way before but none of them would call me back!! This was over 3 months ago now. I did not even receive a video of the car before I bought it. Mohammad (KAZ) was so rude, I put in a complaint to them which goes no where so don't bother. Was called back after a week for them to ask me if I can go (drive over an hour) and pick it up. That’s not what I asked for and reasonable. Put in a complaint to head office, was told the garage will call me to sort it out. That was a over month ago. Still no call. Honestly don’t bother buying from here. They bombard you with emails and phone calls when you want to buy a car, however, any problem you have, good luck. Stay away from salesman Mohammad Ashraf (Kaz). I have bought other cars from different Mercedes dealerships, this one is the worst by far.

I booked my car as satnav not working for 11th October about 7 weeks ago. First they tried to sell me £100 card to update it. When I took the car I was told I will get a update text. They didn't respond to my text and when I got their at 5.00pm the car was untouched and parked on the same spot with the doors still unlocked. Sanjay who took the car in confirmed that they did not respond to my text requesting an update and said they need one more day. I asked did they forget? He didn't respond. I emailed the manager Lee Davies at night and got an update that they are working on my car at 8.00am. Strange as my car was at home.. This message was in response to my complaint e mail. I am still waiting for a phone call and it's 12.00pm now.

Traded in my a class for a smart in Oct last year because we had moved to London and needed a smaller car. Was sold a 2018 smart car, 2 weeks later it broke down because the battery was faulty. A month later I had a nail in my tyre but after paying for a new tyre the safety sign flashes up everytime I turn in the car! I’ve been to different garages and they have confirmed it’s not the tyres and it’s the software. In Jan 2022 I started noticing whistling sound coming from the car whenever I am driving faster than 30mph. Had this fixed for FREE after kicking up a fuss as they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic even tho they said the diagnostic won’t pick it up… as it’s the windscreen seal (which just needs replacing) ! The tyre warning sign is still flashing and we cannot get through to the dealership. They said the manage will call me back but they never do! We’re looking to trade the smart in for a more expensive car like the C lass or CLA but will never bring business to this dealership again. Any advice to where I should go I’d appreciated.

I have dropped my car to them on Thursday and they promised me the car will be ready Friday afternoon. On Friday they said parts not arrived you will get your car Monday. On Monday they said part are arrived late so we couldn't finish the job and its Wednesday now. No one is Answering the phone.

Absolutely SHOCKED !!! My 2020 GLC 300d . 5000 miles has a major safety fault !!! Driving home in the rain 8.30 pm on a motorway .. I pull off the motorway and 5 minutes later the car literally shuts down ..NO ACCELERATION, NO STEERING, NO BRAKES NO LIGHTS .. WARNING SIGNS FLASHING UP AND BEEPING NOISES .. CAR ROLLS ACROSS ROAD AND SOMEHOW STOPS !! Rac come and check car and find 47 faults and 21 unknown faults !! IF THIS HAD HAPPENED 5 MINUTES EARLIER.. WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT FATALITIES !! EVEN THE MANAGER AT THE MERCEDES GARAGE HAS ADMITTED THIS !! I AM SO ANGRY 😡😡😡😡 THAT MERCEDES ARE GOING TO REPAIR AND EXPECT ME TO PUT MY FAMILY BACK IN THIS CAR … TRULY DISGUSTING!!! I WILL MAKE SURE THIS GOES ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA !!!!

Our experience was nothing short of abysmal. Glenn Le Conte (lives in Romford) was acting tough and called me outside to fight. This is just because as a customer, I was rightfully questioning some of his answers to get a better idea of how a finance works. He kept cutting me which was agitating, and he lastly tells me to "not get on a hump" when all I was doing was questioning some of his answers and feedback. I told him I want someone else to talk to and that he wasn't very helpful. He was accusing me of being aggressive when I wasn't and he started getting upset. I then told him that I was calm until he started pushing my buttons (cutting my sentences and telling me to not get on a hump). His response right next to his manager, was; I'll push any buttons I want mate." GLENN LE CUNTE is an old man with barely any customer service skills and has minimal professionalism. Wearing a shirt and a tie alone don't make you professional at all. Disgusting service all around.

This is disgusting the same Del-boy Glen Le Cunte sold me a vehicle recently and let’s just say your experience with as no different to mine the place is run by cowboys in cheap polyester suits with not even half a brain cel between them the whole of Mercedes is a joke to be fair they don’t have no level of service your better off going to a local car dealership
