DONT USE. Terrible diagnostic process. Re-booked in 4 weeks later for the repair. Effectively diagnosed again and realised had to order the part. Car kept in for over 3 weeks. No customer service or support and no reimbursement. You would expect better from a Mercedes Benz dealership. Will never use again.

Car taken in for 'physical' diagnosis, they plugged car in to diagnosis machine, advised of numerous faults, charged me for the privilege. They did not give me the report I have paid for, and did not identify the initial reason it was in for. And, like others have said, no communication. I won't be back.

Car in for service recall. Told it will take 3hrs now waiting 5 days. They don’t return calls and haven’t even apologised. Now won’t return car as they say it’s not Road worthy but won’t provide written evidence.
My new Mercedes GLA200 sport Ex had a gearbox problem and has been in and out the garage numerous times to try and fix this. Nothing worked so Mercedes eventually allow a change of gearbox & Clutch. This was completed this week and what a difference. Every time the car was in I received a top quality courtesy car and was kept in touch by Callum in the servicing dept. Although he must have been frustrated by the number of visits I made to the franchise he was always professional and courteous. Overall in the end I am delighted with the service I received and would recommend the garage.

Do not trust this dealership Very Poor communication from Craig Mackenzie. Left messages asking to be called back and sent numerous emails that were ignored. I paid a deposit to prevent a car being advertised that was going through preparation. I was told the car would be ready between Christmas and the new year. Weeks later and the car still isn’t ready. No order or paperwork sent for me to sign, no actual sale price confirmed for the car. The paint work repair completed on the cars bumpers was a completely different colour to the body. When questioned I was given an excuse with no confirmation that it would be rectified. I eventually cancelled and asked for my deposit back only to be told they would only refund it if they sold the car as it was ignoring the fact nothing has been signed to agree to those terms. The case has been handed over to the credit company.
Sent me the wrong part and refused to rectify their mistake... Stupid customer service attitude.

Went in for a 1 hour check over, 3 days later got car back, lots off excuses like it was raining and couldn’t test drive, employees that didn’t no what they were talking about, while I was in there there was another 3 customers that had issues with the service
Leased a CLA, , the car was delivered with my personalised number plate , the problem was no one registered it with DVLA. I was the advised by the dealership my cherished number had been registered with DVLA . Only to find a year later it had not been done!!’ Initially they offered some goodies as an apology. Despite many calls they have not kept there word
BEWARE: If you have had a service done here recently, go check your oil and air filter and make sure they are clean, This dealer should NOT be trusted. They recently carried out a (pre-paid contract) “service” on our car, reset the service indicator light and told us it was competed. Upon checking NOTHING had been done. They claim it was an accident, but it was the last in a 7 month fiasco of a warranty issue with this very incompetent dealership. First we had a headlight issue of them not coming on, which is a serious safety issue. We drove over 100 miles from Dumfriesshire having booked in, and they didn’t even have the part in stock and sent us away. After they eventually repaired it, and another issue of the fuel level showing incorrect, both issues recurred within a week of the “repair”. Several other visits occurred, and eventually we were then told the car was out of warranty and these “repairs” would not be honoured by the very rude, and condescending service manager. Eventually after many months and countless emails to MB customer service they finally agreed to fix it. Hopefully these repairs have now been done. However, they then did not do the above service (until we called them on it!). We’re still not sure if this is fraud and corner cutting or just sheer incompetence. It is shameful customer service from a premium brand dealership in a major city, and oversight from MB customer service was almost as lacking. After 20 years of loyalty to MB, we will now be going to Audi for our next car. Be careful when choosing this dealership and for your own sake, double check any work they say they did.
