Visited this dealership to look at new car as due to change my car within next few months, lots of salesmen in showroom not one came anywhere near me, they appeared too interested in chatting to one another. It's no wonder car showrooms are closing and people buying online, these salesman will be the first to complain when they are out of a job but they will reap what they have sown. For what is considered to be a high quality dealership selling expensive products one would expect good manners and a willingness to provide the customer with top class service obviously this dealership is unable to employ individuals with the class equivalent to the supposed product.
I went in to Mercedes Edinburgh East to see if I can book a test drive for a GLE on Sunday and the so called sales man said that's not what the weekends are for and when am I looking to get a car I said 4-5 weeks he then said there is no point in a test drive with that car as it will not be in the showroom when I want to get it but I said its the same car which I am looking to get but in the end I just walked away and said ill go else ware
Bought my E Class Mercedes from Mercedes Edinburgh East in July 2019 from salesman Finn Donaldson, was a pleasure to deal with him, no pressure and arranged a test drive. Even allowed me to sell my own Mercedes through a private sale, then took extra money of car with no trade in. Happy with deal. Car is immaculate and presented to me in Mercedes 5***** class treatment. A pleasure to deal with. Also young guy that took me out for test drive was a gentleman, technician guy set up my phone and showed me all the gadgets. Regards. Mr William Richards. Dunfermline.

I booked my car in for a service at Mercedes Edinburgh East as I was staying at the Hilton hotel less than 1.5 mile away had to wait 20 minutes to check in the car asked for a lift back to the hotel but told there was a car about, so they called me a taxicab. When I pickup the car i wasn’t taken to the car to added to the very poor experience I found that my Car had not been washed or vacuum. When you are paying the full price you do expect a reasonable standard. I normally get asked to complete a customer survey but strangely not on this occasion. Very poor service I will not be returning to this garage and I would not recommend them.
Really smooth and easy process. I purchased a car from here a few months ago. Very good service and amazing car, I have had no issues at all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone looking to buy a quality used BMW.

I've dealt with other Mercedes dealerships in the past but Mercedes Benz of Edinburgh were the best by far, 5 stars all the way.
