From the moment you drive into the carpark to collecting your car when its ready, They have got the service down to perfection! Thanks to Jamie for all your help and expertise and the young gentleman who greets you when you drive into the carpark is a credit to your business! Cant forget the technicians! The technician has repaired the car to the highest standard, No complaints at all!

The motor ombudsman has concluded.. The car sold to me was faulty. 'These faults were therefore present when the car was sold. This means the car was not of satisfactory quality when Mr xxx bought it. Under the vehicle sales code cars should be supplied that are of the satisfactory quality' Unfortunately the dealership didn't honour commitments they made and 5 1/2 years of kicking into the long grass with the ombudsman. The Managing director, Jeremy, if he make you a promise, don't expect him to honor it.. Business lacks integrity.

By far the worst service I have ever received. The service depart are horrendous, speak to you as if you are stupid. No customer service skills whatsoever. You would expect so a high quality service for the prices us customers pay for these type of cars! My car went in 4 times and they couldn’t find the fault! Another garage found it straight away! This garage in Teesside give the company a bad name and I hear the Sunderland have a much better service which I will travel to next time! I only use Mercedes as my warranty is with them. Will try my luck with Sunderland, If. I success there I will be handing my car back. Should have went to Audi or Porsche! Oh £550 for a basic service at Mercedes! Another local Reputable company like for like using genuine Mercedes parts for full b1 service £280 from Experienced mechanics! Rip off Mercedes!
