Awful people to deal with. Purchased a car with serious faults and noblody is interested. I have called three times now and not one person has returned my calls. Car is completley misdescribed and zero customer service!!! Avoid!!!
Had purchased car from them before had them service it very happy with service I had received from them.So as soon as I was in market for next Vehicle went back to them told Jamie car model specs I required not easy as I am somewhat demanding, had phone call 2months later he had found me car of dreams right colour right spec right price I collected it yesterday fantastic service .Jamie made purchase easy no stress every i dotted t's crossed pleasure to do business with will definitely be going back for next car
We recently purchased a used S-Class from MB Weston Super Mare and were looked after very well by Rusty. He is courteous and very professional and a very pleasant and helpful man to deal with. We would recommend this branch and the service that Rusty provided was second to none. Thank you Rusty and although we travelled up from Sevenoaks in Kent, we hope to be back in future!

I’ve always been generally happy with the service at Mercedes in Weston Super Mare, although I do sometimes wonder if they find things wrong just to bump your bill up a bit. The last two visits have really put me off the place though. At the three year service on my C200, besides charging me around £700 for some “recommended” items they also said that I needed new wiper blades as mine were smearing. I was surprised at this as I had only fitted new ones about six months previously. So, the next question was “Are they genuine MB ones”? Well, yes they are actually, so that shut him up. I didn’t hear back from him again, but on picking the car up I was told that on further investigation it was found that they only needed a clean and were fine. So, if I hadn’t mentioned this, that would have been another £50. He tried to give me some guff about the person who identified the issue wouldn’t have investigated the cause, or some such nonsense. The next time it was in was due to a smell of fuel in the cabin. This had happened when the car was about two years old, and they had identified a fuel pipe that had become porous and was leaking vapour. That time it was obviously done under warranty, so no complaints there, but the next time it was 12 days out of warranty. Yes, 12 days, and they didn’t want to know. That will be £220 please. I pointed out that the fault would have started whilst it was still under warranty as it would take a while to get bad enough that the smell comes in to the cabin, and that the same issue had been happened before, to no avail. All I got was “Mercedes says no”. Well, that may be the case, but what about you? I’ve been getting my car serviced with you for ten years, and bought that one new from you, so you would think that a little goodwill would be in order even if they can’t get Mercedes to contribute. The guy was then supposed to be getting back to me to confirm that it was definitely the same part that had failed before, but I never heard anything further. On eventually contacting them at the end of the day, I was told that their original diagnosis had been wrong and they needed it in from cold to find out what the problem was. Even though it happens all the time, not just when it’s cold…? All in all, very disappointed and I certainly won’t be taking my car there again for service.
