i bought a car over 11 weeks ago and to this day i still have not received a log book. i have emailed, called and even text the sales manager stuart meldrum without a reply. on my day off yesterday i had to waste my time driving to the dealership to see matthew nutt the general manager to find out why the dealership team have failed to give the service it should. before buying the car the sales team were prompt on calling me to get a sale, the after sales is so poor, on numerous occasions they even lied.

The car I purchased had a fault with a nitrus oxide sensor which owing to the worldwide shortage of semi conductors marshalls coulnt give a time frame of replacement.Vehicle purchase was cancelled under cooling off period terms.Alex in sales technical knowledge of situation has helped me make an informed decision on buying a glc from them in the near future when the worldwide shortage of motor components becomes more stable.

I thought my local Mercedes Benz garage was bad. Till I decided to follow my instincts and went to this one in Winchester. Then they showed me what bad really is. Very unhelpful. Dishonest. Blatantly lying about a price that they previously quoted for a service. Job not done well, yet a stark refusal to take responsibility. It was a regrettable experience. Amy (in Service) was very condescending, you could almost detect a hint of racial awareness (in a negative way) in her tone.

Recently made enquiries to update our two family Mercedes cars. Marcos (Sales) very helpful. Eventually agreed a part exchange deal on a 69 plate B Class. Still in discussion regarding the 2nd car replacement. Marcos very helpful
Complete lack of integrity by salesmen at Mercedes Winchester in cheap suits armed with smiles and lies at point of sale to get their commission. Terrible after sales as anyone who's been ever been told they'll be called back can testify to, coupled with cowardly staff hiding and taking detours. If you've money to burn, no common sense and are taken in by it all then this is the Dealership for you. In addition to my car the family have in the last 12 months also bought a new CLS and a used A Class from Marshalls however will not use again for purchasing nor servicing. Marshalls save suggesting I get in touch and give details as we've been down that road already.
I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership in August. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and were happy to negotiate on price. No job was too much trouble for them and I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Winchester
