I enquired on Friday about a E63 estate in stock, Simon in sales took all of my part exchanged details, but never then called back over the weekend. On Tuesday, I called again aand was advised that the car was sold - dissapointingly really as I was awaiting a call. Asked Simon to ring me - and he never did and called again yesterday and asked to speak to him - he was engaged but again never called back - very shoddy expriance and you expect better!

Bought used a 45amg from the Mercedes Birmingham dealership, sales experience was excellent , but had problem with squeaking brakes made numerous emails but was getting ignored , was told 3 weeks later this is normal for brakes to squeak on the amg model, service department and management very poor after sales , katey in sales very professional but rest don't bother with.

Fantastic service exceptional quality of service provided. A Mr David Taylor delt with me through out whole experience. Kept me updated on the arrival of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend Mercedes Solihull.

I took delivery today of a new GLE from Mercedes of Solihull. My sales contact is Debbie Hardy who I have bought from before. I travelled from North Wales to deal with Debbie as she is by far the best, most knowledgeable and thorough person that you could possibly deal with. She has a fantastic personality and sense of humour and I would not hesitate to deal with her another time. She is an asset to the company and well worth the 360 mile round trip.

Have been twice to Solihull Mercedes to make enquiries regarding satnav update on live traffic reports, as my car is nearly 3 years old. Visited Saturday morning, dealership very quiet, I explained I wanted to update my system and was told sorry Mercedes me is down today. That may have been the case but my vehicle uses an SD card. I was then told it’s nothing to do with us you need to contact Garmin. I then had to ask for a contact number for garmin to be told it can be found on the internet. I asked again for the number and after effort was made to interrogate the system I was given a pink post it note with a scribbled number on it. To finish off I returned home rang the number and it is only open Monday to Friday. Very poor customer service.
I have taken delivery of a new C Class from Mercedes of Solihull, having been looked after by Debbie Hardy she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we purchased.Shes very professional and friendly as this is the fourth Mercedes I have had pleasure of buying off her. Full marks to Debbie! Roy and Bonnie Bosworth.
