Requested a test drive back in December. ;They called and advised shortage of cars so will call back when they have available car to drive. Called back mid January advising they had a specced up model to drive. I advised that I wanted to drive the 200 AMG which is the one I was interested in buying. A further appointment was made when the correct car was available, 2 days before they cancelled on me as car was given to a customer. Promised a call back week later. 2 weeks later I received an email stating sorry they couldn't help and was there anything else they could have done!?!?! The test drive would have been nice. I could have been the easiest sale they ever made. interested in the car and just wanted to drive it to make sure. Looks like I dodged a bullet here with this dealership. If they cant be bothered to return a call from sales, what chance would I have with after sales! Off to another dealership I go

No reply to call and emails list of problems still unresolved since 2021 afterservice shocking

Wonderful reception and assistance by Lucy. Josh very helpful in discussing a new car. Went in for an MOT which was disappointing. Waited for 3 hours and then failed the MOT because of a fog lamp bulb gone. No replacement on site so after go back again to have this fitted. Tremendous waste of time although the staff were very pleasant.

2019: Asked for photos of new vehicle to be emailed before purchas; got sent photos of a different vehicle which had at least one extra option. Let that slide, bought it anyway. 2021-2022: seriously wanting to buy the EQV - they literally can't be bothered to sell me one. Now wasted 3 weeks on their promises to respond to me reaching out. They are not good representatives of the brand, I could not morally recommend them nor will I use them again - obviously business is too good and I'm clearly not a worthy customer.
