Just a note to say thanks to the team at Mercedes Benz of Newbury. In tough conditions they were always on hand to take my call and answer my questions on the car i was buying. I took delivery this morning and the car is perfect.

absolutely awful customer service and a sad reflection on Mercedes. After speaking to Aleksandra, agreeing a price on an A45 and paying a deposit I was called later in the day to be advised that they could not honour the agreement and that I had to pay an additional £1k for the car. After asking for the sales managers name and the contact details of the dealer principal she gave me details of a sales assistant and someone that had left the company. Despite numerous e-mails to her I never received a call back from anyone. After calling the sales manager I was promised that they would look into it and call me back later. I am still waiting for a call. It seems that while you are looking to buy a car they will be nice to you but as soon as anything goes wrong they are not interested. This is not what would have expected from Mercedes!

sat waiting for 4 hours for finance to be sorted there problem not mine said i could have a mercedes coat after waiting for so long got tolled so many lies about it was here there and everywhere i have tolled them to shove it i bought my own even tolled us to go for a meal and send them the bill glad i never i would be still waiting got my wife a slc first drove it home then realised there was no mot certificate only to find out that it was running out and they had not done it in pre inspection they only had it for about a month because the sales person was on holiday and work commitments meant we could not get there i will not be going back there typical sytrner group full of c@$p
I came to Mercedes Newbury for a finance on a C200 AMG Line and was highly likely online. After four days of back to back phone calls they got my car, colour and milage wrong every single time. After driving to their garage I was yet again shown the wrong car details. The price went from 369 a month to 520 and was pushed for a deposit without test driving any kind of car or even seeing the one I wanted. I'd never recommend this garage, I gave up and have found myself a deal with another garage. Worst experience I've had and you do should not expect this from Mercedes
I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Louise Leonard for the efficient and friendly service I have received from her . Also Louise helped me to sort out problem with my radio . She is a great asset to the company .
Went to Mercedes of Newbury for them to look at my rear break disc's. they said they had been fitted wrongly but then back tracked it as they can only fit one way!! the issue was the disc was warped. I said it was a warranty part with 2 yrs & unlimited mileage. they wouldn't change them as its down to wear & tear. I declined this then the manager order me the leave the office because I was speaking to the parts deportment I bought the from (MB at Reading) & to top it off the have lost my wheel locking nut & denied it too & refused to replace it!!! Avoid at all costs as the will rip you off & they are arrogant

Tried to call Mercedes Newbury today between 6pm and 6.30pm and no answer 28 minutes of listening to there so called excellent service lol
Service department at Mercedes in Newbury is the worst Mercedes dealer I have ever used. Slap dash, do not do the work that is requested but still claim it has been done and charge for it. They don't care about their customer safety, vehicles are not checked or road tested after the work. Rude and obnoxious staff. More interested in chasing money than doing the work to the required standard.

I would recommend, I am happy with my car from Mercedes Benz in Newbury. I bought an E220 back in August and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. It was nice and clean and in really good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it. The dealers were very helpful.
