Some weeks ago I contacted thisgarage about a Mercedes to be told it was sold. The car in question being a 2019 black SLC 300. It is still on the websire for sale. To begin with the sales staff could not locate the car and then it became clear why and yet they still say they have it!
Arrived and no one to greet you. Walked around for 10 mins and no one still could be bothered to approach me. Eventually an HR lady happened to be walking by and got her attention. Two salesmen arrived together and they decided who will give me the snake oil talk when I decided which vehicle I wanted to look at. His excuse why no one was on the ground level was due to...wait for it....Covid!!He was unhelpful to say the least. He needs to go on a 4 week customer service course. I took the time out of my day to spend my hard earned cash and he wants me to do the donkey work for him, ringing around other dealerships which if i wanted to do myself, i could have saved myself the trip to their location. They wont change. However there was a Scottish fella (non salesman)there who was the most helpful. Mercedes need to pay this man more money and make him senior manager. I wont be purchasing a vehicle from Watford. I would rather go elsewhere to spend my money. If I was buying a non runner from a back street dealer I could understand his poor customer service. He can get commission from some other mug who is desperate. That I am not!

I go any pay fortune for my car services just for the name. The customer service and work they carried out is poor. Just in August 2020 I did the service and MOT. I just found out my MOT is not updated. I had a broken handle and told to look into this while booking for service. I sent message while they were servicing. However they did not look into it and if they have to look into it I have to pay £120 and book again. Do I have to book again and again for every single issues. Is it difficult to look into everything in one go.

Mercedes Benz Watford scammers from A to Z. I haven't used the car for 2k miles before engine light came on.They sold me a faulty car. The warranty it's just a scam.They just won't fix my car. I left the car with them 4 times already.From bad to worse 5th time the engine light came on.I paid for car,insurance,road tax and fuel.I didn't get any car from them.I pay for taxi every time I drop and collect the car.Who used my car from dealership did not even considered to put some fuel back in tank. What I get back from Mercedes? A faulty car which isn't roadworthy as the engine light it's subject to MOT failure.Apart from multiply dents on door each time I visit dealership,last time I collected the car with scratches on O/S rear wing and rear bumper. That's the truth about Mercedes Benz UK. The warranty it's a scam and Mercedes Benz aren't reliable vehicles anymore. They said multiple faults stored in ECU due to Adblue low level. On other paperwork they claim the Adblue tank has been refilled before I purchased the car(approx.2000 miles). First time I left it for repair,I was told they upgraded the ECU because there is a recall for diesel engines(not the reason why I was there).The recall due dodgy software cheating on emissions,same as Volkswagen. Second time ECU upgraded again. Third time ECU upgraded again. Fourth time i was told they replaced temperature sensors.What sensors? They haven't replaced any sensor.That's why I haven't received any paperwork with this information (a good reason to avoid further dispute on this matter). This is genuine review based on my experience with Mercedes. I contacted mblondon@daimler.com, Mercedes Benz customer services and Mercedes warranty. Everyone's sorry,everyone will investigate but in fact nobody helps.
TOOOOOOO many issues with Mercedes Watford to go over. Summary: 1)Poor service 2)No post sales customer service 3)Receptionists might as well be cardboard cut outs as they are completely and utterly useless! 4) Out of warranty is where they specialise (will create a huge bill for you once your car goes in even when you know there is nothing wrong) 5) Management is despicable, again they lack customer service skills and general all round human interaction skills.

Wow - Mercedes Watford are really friendly and say all the right things when you buy a car from them but the moment they have taken your money and something goes wrong - they don’t want to know. Trust me steer clear and go elsewhere! Just so you know, I am not in a habit of leaving bad reviews as I like to steer clear of negativity but I don’t want anyone to experience what I had to experience. Save your money.
I needed a warranty repair with a courtesy car which I had to wait several months. Today I arrived at Mercedes Watford for the repair and was told that there was no courtesy car so I had to take my car back and go to work. No one has bothered to call me to apologise or to rebook my car for the repair as they are just not bothered.
I have had my Mercedes GLA200 since February and It's been fantastic. The Staff at Mercedes Benz In Watford have been really helpful. The car had been cleaned and prepared and was a good price. There were some repairs that should have been done before I collected the car but they got them sorted in the day. Overall I am very pleased and I would recommend this dealership.

I have had my Mercedes for a few months now and its been brillaint. I have had no issues at all. Mercedes Benz in Watford were brillaint and made everything nice and simple. The car was clean and in excellent shape and I am very happy with the price. I would happily recommend.

The experience we had from the time we stepped into Mercedes Watford was amazing. Ben Haghi made us feel very comfortable, my son asked me to go along as he was expecting a Intimidated experience. Which turned out to be a complete pleasure. Ben found exactly what he wanted, kept him informed all the way.and even followed up with a call after the car was collected. I would advice any one looking for a car without a pushy salesman to go to Ben. Thanks, Ben.
