My experience with purchasing a Mercedes vehicle turned out to be exceedingly disappointing, exceeding all negative expectations. The salesperson's attitude and behavior were truly abysmal; it felt as though they had absolutely no interest in assisting me. Upon my arrival at the dealership, not only was there a lack of a welcoming greeting, but there was also a complete absence of any offer for refreshments, a basic courtesy expected during such transactions. Despite being a potential client seeking to make a substantial purchase, I was denied the basic respect that every customer deserves. To make matters worse, I had taken careful measures to ensure that there was no ambiguity in my instructions to the salesperson. Regrettably, they failed to uphold the expected standards and subsequently neglected this information. This oversight on their part resulted in a significant delay in processing my paperwork. As a consequence, I found myself forfeiting thousands of pounds due to missed appointments and pre-planned trips, which had been meticulously scheduled around the purchase. The salesperson's actions, or rather lack thereof, clearly exemplify a lack of professionalism and care for their clients. Astonishingly, they proceeded to embark on a holiday without the courtesy of notifying me about their unavailability, leaving me stranded with unresolved issues. This blatant disregard for my needs and concerns strongly indicates that their primary focus is solely on securing their commission rather than offering a satisfactory customer experience. In summary, my encounter with this Mercedes dealership has been an undeniable testament to their inefficiency, unprofessionalism, and disregard for their clientele. This experience has left me profoundly disillusioned and serves as a stark reminder that quality customer service should be a fundamental cornerstone of any business.

absolute joke . stay clear. all they want is your money . heath check is just washing your car . last health check i had i was told need new brake pads and discs . funny considering i had new ines fitted 2 week previous.
Two receptionists were very rude. I just needed help with app and was told to go home and bring my paperwork in. I actually bought my mercedes from this branch
I purchased a car from this company - customer service is atrocious. Rang 3 different sites including the one I purchased the car from just to be continually put on hold and then fobbed off. Whitefields LSH Dealership registered the cars colour incorrectly and cannot speak to anyone who can sort the issue. Trying to sell the car but with the incorrect recording of the colour on the V5C by the dealership buyers are quite rightly sceptical that the car may have been in an accident and are not prepared to accept the vehicle in part exchange - I generally deal with Sytners who I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a HiSpec quality car - avoid LSH Group as you will be buying a car at your peril - they cannot be trusted to take a complaint or deal with a complaint seriously with a bunch of receptionists whose one aim is to get individuals with complaints off the phone as quick as possible and So Called Sales Manager who tried to tell me that LSH don’t provide the information that is sent to DVLC to register a vehicle - Utter Nonsense I will keep writing reviews on LSH Group until my complaint is taken seriously

I can not fault the staff at Bury I can not fault the staff at Bury. From the first contact with them they made me feel welcome. I made my first contact by phone and turned up the next morning , and John Rushton came out recognising the car i had told him i would be driving and invited me in. I felt comfortable from the word go. I placed my order with John and true to his word he kept me informed through the whole process right up until the day for me to collect my first new car. Olivia made all the arrangements and in true Mercedes Fashion on the day both me and my wife felt it was Special to us. I would like to thank John and Olivia for the work they put in and for making the whole experience just what buying a new Mercedes should be (special) 5 Star from the start to finish

Ordered a spare metal key using the vin number. Was told this would take about 2 weeks but after 3 weeks no news. I called for an update and each time was kept on hold by 5 or 10 minutes then told no one was available, but someone would get back to me. Each time no one had the common courtesy to call me back to inform me of an unfortunate delay or an updated ETA. Disappointing to have been treated with any respect, professionalism or courtesy and at this rate I fear I will need to go back and get a refund then go to another mercedes dealer.
Absolutely terrible service tried to book my car in after a loud banging noise from front of car and the engine management light coming on only to it cancelled twice. I arrived at 8.30 for a sit and wait appointment I was still sat there at 5pm despite telling reception multiple times I was still waiting. Never been treating so badly by a company. Will not be going back to them.

Just been into your showroom with a view to purchasing a vehicle from you and was left standing about waiting for a salesman after being told by the receptionist that someone would be down to see me. Terrible customer service. Now on my way to your Stockport branch to see if they want my money.

Ok so I purchased a Mercedes AMG A45s in matte grey from Mercedes Benz of whitefield online. When I called them the following after paying a deposit and reserving the car they told me “ oh we just sold that “ I was very annoyed so they then offers me a yellow one and they would transfer the deposit money over so I did! I went through the finance and all went through fine and then I said I want to pay no deposit. The guy say “ we need to take the other deposit up to £1000.00! I said, you have a deposit and the finance is in place. He started getting very shirty with me over the phone about company policy! I then spoke to his colleague who repurposed the finance and then took £1000.00 deposit total. (£99+£901.00) He said I’ll call you Tuesday with a delivery date but that car has been located to you! I missed a call Tuesday and then slant all day trying to get through to them. Eventually I spoke to the manager ( Jake ) actually sounded like a boy out of school! So he starts on about ( ah right so you pains £99 deposit on this date blah blah blah) I said what is going on?????? “ ah well we sold the car over the bank holiday!!!!! At this point I’ve got steam coming out my ears!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 He then offers me a grey one again! Hmmmmm only to tell me it might turn up in June!!!!!!! These people are total clowns and don’t care who they sell to as long as it’s sold! They do t care that you have been through finance and 2 deposits for the same car. They will just sell it from under your feet the offer no apology what so ever! Even going through Mercedes customer service there still blaming me. They are totally weak people and I would never ever recommend using them again. This kind before you part with a deposit because they will shaft you if they can! Total clowns 🤡 in my opinion!
