I recently purchased a used C250 AMG line from Mercedes Whitefield and from start to finish the salesman Olly Beaumont was a pleasure to deal with, informative, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable about the product he was selling me. The car was very competitively priced even compared to a local car super market but with the added reassurance and backing of Mercedes. I work within the motor insurance industry and I value motor vehicles as part of my job and it is without doubt I will get a better deal from a Mercedes dealership over private sale and non franchised dealerships.

We went in to purchase a gla from mercedes whitefield which was discounted on the forecourt, test drove it, spent over an hour and a half in there, was about to sort the payment out when they said the car was priced incorrectly and wanted us to pay another 1500 pound! Not acceptable

OUR CAR WAS BOOKED IN FOR USUAL ANNUAL SERVICE AT MERCEDES WHITEFIELD . WE WERE GREETED BY VANESSA WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WE REQUIRED FURTHER SHE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OUR QUERIES HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS EXCELLENT .SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A FEW DAYS AFTER COLLECTING THE CAR MY HUSBAND REMEMBERED SOME QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CAR IN THE FUTURE SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT RANG US AS SOON AS SHE WAS FREE .

Arranged the major service for my B200 around a busy day, but made all the more easy with a protected 7-30am drop off. I could have waited in the comfortable customer area with refreshments on hand, but a friend kindly picked me up for breakfast & catch up. Alan in service department was welcoming, explained what and how long it would take, double checked contact number in case any issues came to light. I returned within 2 hours to find my car valeted, and service completed including recent recall check on steering completed to save me another journey. As a Mercedes owner of 18yrs, of various model cars, the service delivery does not disappoint with time management & communication and customer service. Mary H
