The service is always amazing , I’m a repeat customer and can’t recommend Mercia Motors enough .
When I saw the car and took it for a a test drive, the battery was flat. Myself and the mechanic I took with me highlighted this as an area for concern and was assured it would be sorted. A little over a month after I bought the car, I had to call the RAC out as the battery was flat. I contacted the garage and asked them to contribute to the cost of replacing it but they have declined and advised it has nothing to do with them. I've spoken to several mechanics and they all say that a healthy battery wouldn't have died in 30 days. I'm incredibly disappointed and would be reticent to recommend this dealer to anyone else.

My Land Rover Discovery is a brilliant car, myself and my girlfriend both love driving it. In terms of the customer service from Mercia I am really pleased. The team were great and happy to help throughout the process. My main point of contact was Ryan and I can't fault him, he was very accommodating.

I am very impressed with Mercia Motors. I dealt with Ryan throughout and he is extremely good at his job and not pushy in the slightest. He was so informative and knew the car inside and out - he was very helpful when it came to explaining all the gadgets. After buying the car I did sadly notice a little problem with the wheels, I contacted Ryan and he collected it from my house and bought it back that night having had the work carried out. My X4 is without the doubt the best car I have ever had.

I got myself a brilliant Citroen Relay from Mercia in August and its a cracking van. It suits my requirements perfectly! Its a very comfortable drive as well - which is great for long days on the road. I will be keeping Mercia Motors in mind for the future, I am very pleased with them as a dealership.
