I am finding any excuse possible to get out in my new car. I can't stop driving it, its costing me an absolute fortune, but I absolutely love it. I went to Mercia Motors as my dad bought a car from here, he was really happy with the car and dealership. I wasn't actually sure what I wanted, so I went to look round the forecourt, I saw a BMW 218i and I couldn't take my eyes of it - it was perfect. I viewed a few cars, but the BMW was top of the list, after a few days of thinking, I bought it, I couldn't not. This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle at distance, I was very apprehensive with not viewing first, I like to look around, get a good feel for it etc. I left an enquiry with Mercia Motors one evening and the morning after Gareth had contacted me, he politely introduced himself and asked what I was looking for, I had already seen a Vauxhall Combo, so I proposed an offer on it. From that first initial enquiry Gareth was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, he was resourceful, attentive, helpful and very very informative, very good at what he does. Gareth sent me an all-round video showing me the ins and outs of the van and it was very precise and accurate. We agreed a price (a very good price for a 68 plate van with only 12,000 miles on the clock!!), organised delivery, and Gareth still checked in after this to ensure everything was ok and still on. He sorted out the trade in too - which was also a great offer. When the van arrived, the pictures and videos didnt do it justice, I've never seen a van looking so pristine, absolute mint condition. Mercia Motors ticked all the boxes for me, they went above and beyond. It was the small personal touches - a bottle of wine in the van upon delivery - it just made the experience so enjoyable. I saw this lovely Audi that Mercia motors was selling at a really good price 👍 I spoke to Gareth one of the sales team and I arranged to go look at the car. Very welcoming and very professional at his job he also sent me a video over of the car and I must say he definitely knows what he is doing Gareth handled my purchase from start to finish and when ever I had any questions at all he was there to help. Before purchasing my new Kia Sorento from Mercia Motors, I did my homework and read reviews for the dealership. I don't usually bother with reviews, but because I wasn't able to test drive, I just wanted a bit more security. When I read some of the content, I was confident in the dealer and happy to put my trust into them. I'm very glad I did, this is by far the best car I've ever had, I absolutely love it. The dealership was fantastic, it was mainly Adam I dealt with and he was so helpful and a very quick communicator. I will use Mercia Motors again in the future, I'm really impressed with them. If you are thinking about purchasing from them and reading this - do it! They really will look after you.

Very different buying a car without seeing it first, I was really nervous about the sale, but I needed a car and the Kia I found was exactly what I wanted. I took the plunge and bought it, I'm really impressed. Its exactly as described, no hidden surprises, great condition and lovely to drive.
