Mercia Motors have been brilliant with us, the purchase of our Skoda Citigo went smoothly, quickly and hassle-free. We was looked after very well, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I have unfortunately since buying the car dropped the keys in the canal (I live on a boat). So I'm unable to drive the car. The team at Mercia have done everything possible to help me, they have ordered a new key and sorted everything out on my behalf, I'm very grateful - I wouldn't have known where to start. I am really happy with the car and can't wait to get out in it again. Thanks Mercia Motors, you really have gone above and beyond!

I needed a car and quick, I found a BMW at Mercia Motors, its not what I would have chosen to buy, but I needed something reliable to get me from A to B, it was a good price, great condition and would do the trick. Since buying it and getting to know the car, its actually a lovely car and very enjoyable to drive, I've shocked myself with how impressed I am with it. I cannot fault Mercia Motors at all, from the very start they have been absolutely brilliant. Adam mainly looked after me, and he was fantastic! He was polite, professional, and very clued up. I had the car delivered to me, it had been cleaned down and sanitised inside, it looked great - baring in mind the car was delivered to me the day after purchase, which was unreal! Since, I've come across a slight knocking noise, I've contacted Adam and they have arranged for it be taken back in next week and a courtesy car dropped off to me for the meantime - I couldn't ask for more. Highly impressed with Gareth, Mercia Motors and the process the business has in place - its very customer orientated, which is rare these days!

Unfortunately not so long ago, somebody crashed into me and my BMW was a write off, I was looking for another BMW, and saw one with Mercia Motors, it looked perfect. When I went to see the car I had just found out we was expecting a baby, so the BMW was no longer practical, I still viewed it because I did love it. When I was there a Volkswagen Tiguan had just come into stock, it was dirty, hadn't been cleaned, the paint work hadn't been touched up, it hadn't been prepped or anything. I really liked the car though, and it was much more practical. I took a family friend with me who is a mechanic (I dont know much about cars) and he looked over the VW and gave me the nod. I chose to purchase it and left a deposit with them. When I arrived to take the car away, I was blown away, it looked incredible, from seeing it just in, to then seeing it sparkling clean, touched up and in perfect condition, I was taken back. Its a lovely car to drive, I'm getting used to the size now but I'm so happy with it, and it will definitely serve it purpose. Gareth looked after me mainly, he was amazing, really helpful and gave great advice. I will 100% return to Mercia Motors when I need a car next, I highly recommend!!

Its the first time I've been to Mercia Motors to buy a car, and I given my experience I will 100% buy here again, I've already recommended to a few work friends and I will continue to recommend! I saw a Audi A1 with them and when I went down everybody was so lovely, really helpful and welcoming. It was dealt with quickly and professionally and I was back on the road in my new car within an hour! It was fantastic, not a single issue with the company or car since buying. Its a lovely little motor and I'm chuffed with it!

Adam at Mercia Motors was really nice, he was helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I bought a SEAT Ibiza and its brilliant, I'm really happy with it. When I collected the car it was super clean inside and out, and its in top condition for a used car. Fantastic value for money and I will be returning when I want something new again.
