I went to Mercia Motors to buy a new car, I knew I wanted an SUV/4X4 type of car, I had a Nissan Qashqai on lease, and I liked the size of the car and wanted something similar, but to buy. They had a lovely Vauxhall Mokka in stock, and when I viewed it, it looked in great condition and the price was competitive too. I bought the car, and I absolutely love it, its brilliant, very happy with it. The customer service was fantastic too, I really can't fault it. Happily recommend to others in the future.

I saw a lovely Audi A1 online and I instantly loved it! I went to view it at Mercia Motors, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. There was no hard selling, they just answered all my queries and gave me the information I needed. They welcomed me into their showroom and I felt valued as a customer. I noticed a small scratch on the rear end of the car, so I mentioned this and the dealer said, if you like the car and want it, we will get the scratch sorted for you, so I snapped their hand off. The A1 is incredible, I love it, its super comfortable to drive, I had a Mini before - so took a bit of getting used to, but I'm really enjoying and happy with the car. I would have no hesitation in using Mercia Motors again in the future, or recommending to friends and family.

I recently upgraded from a Vauxhall Corsa to a Audi A3 S Line, I'm absolutely loving it! The car looks so nice, its in great condition and the price was good too. I'm really impressed with it. The customer service was fantastic, the people were really nice, was not pushy or putting any pressure on me, they allowed me time to look around car and make my own decision. Mercia Motors just provided all the information and answered all questions I had, they were helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars they had in stock. Highly recommend!

It has been since February and they yet to deal with me professionally and fairly. They sold me a car with faults and said they would reimburse me and they did not, until I took them to Small claims court and forced them to. I have ended up fixing all the issues myself. I have all pictures and correspondence to show I am not lying

Very professional people and very helpful. I left a deposit on a car over the telephone after a thorough description being given to me of the car, they also offered to send me a video which was a fantastic touch.
