I looked at a car online and put a deposit down over the phone .After seeing it I ,decided it wasn't quite what I was looking for . My deposit was refunded instantly, no quibbles .very friendly and helpful staff .would have no problem buying from Mercia Motors in the future.
I travelled from London to buy a BMW 1 series and was really impressed, I got good directions from the motorway and a cup of tea for myself and my girlfriend. Andy had the car ready and looked at ours whilst we went for a test drive. We agreed figures and the finance was done in a couple of minutes I signed and taxed my car and drove away. I got a call a couple of days later and was asked if the car was ok and if I got home ok. It was a much better service than what I have had in the past even when buying from main dealers. All the staff seemed willing to help and I will be back when my finance is up in 3 years. Thanks all at Mercia.

I came from Watford to Mercia Motors, I was collected from the station and I was chauffeur driven to the dealer. I was greeted by the sales team, i was offered tea and coffee. i was shown the Ford S Max which i wanted to purchase. The car was in perfect condition with no scratched or dents it was in a prestige condition, it looked brand new. I test drove the car and it drove without any fault. i was very pleased with the car and i bought the car from Mercia Motors. I drove the car back 150 miles to Watford and it drove smoothly and without any problems. i was very very satisfied and i highly recommend Mercia Motors to everyone.
My daughter bought a car from this dealership within the 3 month warranty period the clutch/fly wheel went and the warning light came on for brake pads (an advisory on the MOT which was never pointed out at the time of purchase) thus resulting in the car being off the road for 3 weeks, case ongoing, appalling customer care and do not care attitude of staff. Please think very carefully, read reviews if you are thinking of buying from them.

Bought a used Volvo xc60 form Mercia Motors on 30/09/15. Car was great but the rear parcel cover was missing. Paul the sales man said he would check with his valet dept but if it could not be found he would source a replacement. Three weeks late still no replacement and no response to my Phone calls. Can never talk to Paul as he apparently is out or busy with a customer but can always get Mark, who never seems to have a customer with him but cannot help.

I'd happily recommend Mercia Motors to anybody, they were so helpful during and even afterwards when the exhaust started rattling, it took them two tries to get it sorted but both times they book the car in quickly and always called to keep me up to date.

Not a good experience on this occasion unfortunately, I've been discovering more and more faults with the car as I go along and on the day they hadn't even cleaned the car which is never a good sign, seems to me they took the car in and rolled it back out without checking it over at all.
